Vibration spreading equipment can be supplied as vibration strewing plate or as vibration strewing roof. Vibration spreading equipment finds their employment, where volumes, rollers or surfaces with a small quantity of rieselfähiger materials are fed evenly. The stray current depends on the size of the equipment, the gap, the swinging amplitude and on the characteristics of the grit. On grit and attitude the strewing achievement amounts to dependent approx. 1-1000 litres per meter spread and hour. The achievement change particularly takes place via the gap width and via the simple, stepless, also oscillatory width of the magnet vibrator adjustable during the enterprise.

In principle, volumetric feeding is the simplest, most economical feeding solution available. Bulk material is held in a hopper and constantly fed into a process per unit of time. A gravimetric feed rate may be inferred through a calibration process where a timed sample is taken and weighed, and screw speed adjusted accordingly. Although there is no weight feedback to assure feeding accuracy over time, this may not be a concern for materials with consistent bulk density.
K-Tron offers three choices in volumetric feeders: the highly accurate bulk solids pump (BSP), single screw feeders and twin screw feeders. K-Tron volumetric feeders come in a wide variety of of sizes and configurations to meet your application requirements.

The feeders with vibrating channel mod. V are particularly suitable to treat fragile materials or materials which can not be treated with mechanical devices which could compromise their integrity. They are suitable for granular materials, pellets or short fibres, but can also be utilised with fluid powders with a low humidity grade. The dosing device is made of a steel channel which is installed on a electromagnetic vibrator with glass fibres springs and its dimensions depends on the materials to dose and the feed rates to make.
The gravimetric version has the machine installed on a weighing plate with loading cell or directly on a couple of loading cells through a proper support framework. Many different weighing devices are at disposal to satisfy every needs both for the dosing in continuous and for the batch one.

The Speed Batcher is a unique batching system that can create batches ranging from 0.4 to 30 kg at very high speed. The Speed Batcher automatically weighs raw material into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the best batch weight. This capability enables the Speed Batcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in both speed and accuracy. The unit is fully automatic – from input to delivery.

Operating principle:
Thanks to a cylindrical tank fitted out with aa anti-bridging device and a mechanical dosing system without air or vibration, you can dose all kind of powdery or granular products.
The flow can be set by varying the speed of the dosing system. The feeding of the dosing system is carried out by the anti-bridging device which at the same time anti-bridges the product in the hopper.

Milltronics weighfeeders from Siemens can improve the accuracy of processing, blend consistencies, accountability, and record keeping. All weighfeeders come standard with a belt weigh bridge and speed sensor. An integrator is required to complete the system.
The weighfeeder is used to deliver an accurate mass flow rate of material. In the majority of applications, material is profiled by an adjustable mechanical shear gate, which fixes the correct material bed depth for a given particle size.
The feed rate is then maintained and adjusted by varying the speed of the belt. However, in some cases the belt speed is constant with rate control (if any) done by a pre-feeding device.
The system consists of three components: weight and speed sensing, integration and control, and the mechanical conveying system.
Using the belt load and the belt speed signals, small incremental totals of weight per time are measured by the integrator and then the flow rate is calculated. The measured flowrate is compared against the desired flowrate and the on-board PID controller makes necessary corrections to the belt speed.
