How it works:

The NEUHAUS NEOTEC vacuum transport system is designed as a discontinuous device and it works with high load impulse process. The low conveying speed, less than 5 m/sec. assures a gentle product handling and prevents changes of product volume.
The total closed system can also be operated with additional gas, e.g. CO2. Close loop and low rest oxygen content are the further advantages of the system. The possibility to overcome long distances make the system versatile for better plant design.

The D-2 Diverter Valve places the Gemco Spherical Disc Valve in a 'Y' junction that allows the valve to select a product feed from one of the two inputs, or to direct one incoming stream of material to either of the two outlets. The standard D-2 valve is constructed of 316 stainless steel, but it can be made from any weldable alloy. The two ports can be positioned at 30 degrees, 45 degrees, or 60 degrees off the center-line of the third port. Typical Diverter applications take advantage of its rugged design and its optional sanitary version in uses varying from rock crushers to food processing.

Smart Weigh Belt (SWB) Feeders are a key component used for the weighing of a variety of bulk solids in a wide range of processes. The Smart Weigh Belt can be used as a feeder, batcher, or meter. By utilizing different control software, the Smart Weigh Belt can be used to feed material into a batch system. For inventory control or metering, the Smart Weigh Belt can be placed into a constant speed configuration to measure or totalize the amount fed into a process.
The Smart Weigh Belt offers gentle material handling, an important benefit compared to other feed devices like a screw feeder when handling the following materials:
Flakes (e.g. corn flakes, bran flakes, and wheat flakes)
Lumpy bulk solids (e.g. vegatables and fruits)

Fine dosing short-cut feeder is a good and economical solution for conditioning applications, when reduction of dosing time dosing is a must.
These feeders are controlled with motor rpm and outlet section of extractor. For batch process MCPI’s “Short-cut system” is a mechatronic solution which ensures a perfect control of the extractor movement with repeatability below 3/100 sec, to ensure quick and accurate feeding.
The very small overshoot value of these feeders, associated with a sharp control of extractor movement, are the main points to explain the so high level of performances in terms of dosing time and accuracy.
With the different versions of the range, all specific requirements get answers: With Fine dosing short-cut feeder it possible to reach very short dosing time (from 0.2 sec) and feeding quantities from 0.1 gram to many kilo grams.
Design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.
