Dust-free loading, untying, retying and removal of bulk bags
Unload free- and non-free-flowing solids from bulk bags automatically with Flexicon Bulk Bag Unloaders. Untie full bags, retie partially empty bags and collapse empty bags -- all dust-free.
BFF Series dischargers include a bag lifting frame for forklift loading and unloading of bulk bags (FIBCs).
BFC Series dischargers have a cantilevered I-beam, electric hoist and trolley for loading and unloading of bulk bags without the use of a forklift.
Other bulk bag unloader configurations include split frames for forklift loading of bags in low headroom areas, half frames for suspending bags during discharge using a forklift, hoistable frames for lifting the entire bulk bag discharger using an overhead crane, continuous loss-of-weight dischargers for uninterrupted feeding directly from bulk bags, and other designs for specialized requirements.
Optional Bulk Bag Conditioners loosen material that has solidified during storage and shipment. Variable height turntable allows hydraulic rams with contoured end plates to loosen contents for discharge through bag spouts.

The « LIQUEFYER » is an extractor designed for small size silos, hoppers and dosing vessel. It is particularly recommended for the following cases:
- For extraction of « difficult » flowing powders
- When « CIP » is required (with a DYNAFORM membrane)
- For corrosive powder or cleaning agent
- For abrasive powder
Working Principle:
- Scratching of the inside wall of the LIQUEFYER by means of a rotating blade. The blade is actuated by an electrical motor
- Pushing of the powder toward the center of the LIQUEFYER allowing a regular and continuous powder extraction
- When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane either in FEP (Fluoro Ethylene Propylene) or in PUR (Poly Urethane) the product is no more in contact with any mechanical part
- When the LIQUEFYER is equipped with a DYNAFORM membrane it is fully «CIP compatible»
- The LIQUEFYER may be mounted on any existing equipment by adapting the top and bottom flanges accordingly

« SAK » stands for « Silo-AustragsKegel » , which means in English « Extraction cone valve for silo». The SAK is designed to control the discharge of powder or granulates out of silos.
The SAK is particullarly efficient in the following cases:

Working Principle:
- The cone valve is guided in a hopper located at the bottom of the silo

- The adjustment of the opening is set by the stroke of the guiding rod one for all (basic version)
- The continuous adjustment is set by a pneumatic drive adjusting the stroke from 0 to 100% (dosing version)

WEIGHBLEND is an ideal system to feed in continuous extrusion lines (blown film , cast, pipes and profiles ). This system is capable of dosing in continuous up to 5 polymers having a regular particle –size and checking in automatic mode the feed rate.
The use of this system is suggested starting from very low productions of 50 Kg/h and up to productions of 800 Kg/h and more. WEIGHBLEND can be equipped with an automatic weight/meter control. This has the purpose to keep constant in the time the weight of every meter of product which comes out from the line. WEIGHBLEND is constituted by a central gravimetric hopper for the principal ingredient and maximum 4 gravimetric dosing zones for the other ones. The machine has a self supporting structure which allows to fix it directly on the feeding well of the extrusion line.
Each dosing zone has its pre-storage hopper with interception slide gates electro-pneumatically controlled by the gravimetric logic.
The principal ingredient feeds directly for gravity the extrusion line, while the other ones are fed through screw feeders directly in to the feeding flow of the principal ingredient.

With its closed design, a tube belt conveyor allows optimum adaptation of the conveying route to topographic conditions. Since the conveyed material is completely enclosed, it can be transported dustfree, and even extremely steep gradients are safely coped with. The Tuffer aerator/lump breaker effectively reduces moist, semi-moist or dry solids down to grain size. The counter-rotation of the fast moving blades helps to reduce lumps with ease and aerates the material.
