Mast style jib cranes are top and bottom mounted. Mast jibs are available in two styles:
- Mast 200 Series Jib Cranes - full cantilever jibs
- Mast 201 Series Jib Cranes - drop cantilever jibs
Both jib crane styles are a lower cost alternative to freestanding jibs provided that a top and bottom mounting are available. Mast style jibs also provide an economical alternative to SPANCO's wall mounted jib cranes when the size of the support column is not adequate.
Features
360º rotation is available for mast jibs provided that the jib crane is mounted under a building beam. Mast jibs' standard capacities are available up to 5 ton and spans to 20 feet. Full cantilever mast jibs allow maximum use of headroom to provide highest possible lifting distance. Drop cantilever mast jibs locate the boom anywhere on mast to clear overhead constructions. |

Bonfanti produces a range of standardized crane components (named "crane kit") intended for those who want to assemble and complete their own bridge crane.
A complete crane kit is composed by all the crane accessories unless the main beams.
The main kit components are:
1) Winch trolley or Hoist trolley complete of:
- Electrical rope Winch or Electrical rope hoist
- Translation machanism complete of own motorgears
- Electrical power box
- Safety hoisting and translation end-switches
- Complete electrical wiring of all the equipments installed on the trolley
2) End-carriages complete of mechanisms and own motorgears
3) Coupling plates between End-carriages and crane girders
4) Electrical power box
5) Cables festoon for the connection of the electrical equipments of the crane trolley with the main electrical power box. The cables festoon are supplied with a length right to the crane span.

STAHL CraneSystems developed the innovative small crane technology KT 2000 as early as 1984. This high-quality modular system is specially designed for the S.W.L. range up to 2,000 kg.
With a single rail size, overhead monorails, suspension and overhead travelling cranes can be assembled individually and economically. Straight and curved sections and crossovers, switch points and turntables are assembled with plug and bolt elements and can thus be modified if necessary to suit new, individual production requirements.

Power drive kits for SPANCO gantry cranes provide high volume moving and lifting over a fixed travel route. Power drives can be used for travel on V-groove (inverted angle), ASCE crane rail or direct floor use on polyurethane tread wheels. T series gantries can be motorized either on V-groove or directly on the floor with polyurethane wheels. A series fixed height steel gantry cranes with an I-Beam span up to 15 feet can be motorized on a V-groove track only. The PF series gantry crane produces optimum design flexibility for motorized travel.
