ECO-Skate ROTO 360° rotational skates
An ECO-Skate ROTO System has a minimum of four Skates.

xpandgrip 4" chuck is a non locking method of gripping cores and is commonly used for cardboards cores on Shaftless unwinding machines.
Thanks to a patented closing system the movement of the keys takes place only when the chuck is completely inserted into the core of the roll.
This new design allows the unwind of the complete roll, without web breakage close to the core, a problem common with most mechanical chucks.
Keys are smooth and rounded in design, which allows the reuse of the cores, saving money and with low maintenance of the chucks.

RECTANGULAR LIFTING MAGNETS
Electromagnets are intended for lifting mechanisms to catch and shift the cold ferromagnetic loads: sheets, squares, channels, rails, blooms, slabs, etc.
These lifting magnets can operate on the traverse and are recommended for installation on light and mobile excavators such as FUCHS, LIEBHERR, ATLAS, SENNEBOGEN, CAT, ZEPPELIN, KOVROVETSetc. complete with a generating control system and a special traverse for loading sheets, sguares, channels, rails, blooms, slabs and the like.
All electromagnets can be produced as heat-resistant (to lift loads of the temperature as high as 600°C) and for underwater works.

The 1000 KFN has been developed especially for refrigerated vehicles. A specially designed lift arm mechanism eliminates the need to cut into the insulated flooring in order to fit the tail lift.

Starke Arvid Waste Tipper is a lift that is to be connected to the container´s edge. The container is then lifted up and emptied automatically. No personnel are required for the container and resources such as cargo loaders and cranes are freed to be used for other purposes. This will reduce the non-profit time on construction sites. The waste tipper is adapted for most available containers on the market and thanks to its high load capacity copes with most recycling materials without any problems. When recycling stations are arranged, the Waste Tipper can be used to advantage since the Waste Tipper can easily be moved laterally between many containers.

Tipping bodies
RCI series
The RCI tipping body series is used to tip and unload industrial caissons which can hold up to a maximum of 3000kg and a rotating angle of 130° maximum; the loading of the caisson is carried out by using a lift truck or a transpallet.
RCI-TCV series
By applying a hopper with a vibrating channel which doses the pieces towards the interlocking point to the base model, it is possible to realise tipping bodies with vibrating dosers. This series of equipment has an oleo-dynamic action.
This equipment can be adapted to the different needs of the customer, for example:
For encumbrance needs, on request it is possible to realise side loading tipping bodies.
The upward and downward speeds are singularly regulated and on request can be supplied, completed, with an emptying cycle.
The models are available with adjustable feet or with wheels.

The Combisafe Loading System is designed for the loading and unloading of materials from the top of flatbed vehicles in a safe manner.
Mobile and demountable, this fall protection system can be positioned adjacent to the lorry bed to permit a person access to the whole area. The system comprises two counterweighted bases each containing three tonnes of ballast, on top of which an Alsipercha body is placed with an application specific fall arrest block. The anchor position on the units is 6m from the ground, permitting a working height of up to 5m. For lorry beds longer than 6m, the user must be connected to both fall arresters simultaneously.
The Combisafe Loading system accommodates slopes or uneven ground, to a maximum inclination of 7°. It can be used either on site or in a loading yard.
It satisfies the performance requirements of EN 795 Class B.
