The OCTOPUS system has been designed in
response to the operational flexibility required by
palletising robotics and vacuum operated lifting systems in general.
Actually this system allows the handling of objects
with any shape and feature, provided that they have
a reasonable transpiration, without any need to
change or position a vacuum cup and also when
their surface only occupies 5% of the whole suction
plate. Of course the maximum weight of the load to
be lifted will be proportionate to the grip surface.

VACU
Lifting equipment for the safe, damage-free lifting of metal and plastic flat sheets/plates, etc. The operating and control components (the slide valve and gauge) are mounted near the handgrip for reasons of safety, so that after the vacuum beam has been switched on the operator can immediately check the system for efficient vacuum. An electronic monitoring unit is mounted according to safety requirements. The unit consists of a hanging suspension with main beam to which the adjustable cross beams are fixed. The suction cups, with ball and socket joints, are suspended from the beams with spring adjustment. The main and cross beams are hot galvanised. The hanging suspension is painted to RAL 1007 (Yellow). The unit will be delivered fully operational and complete with an electrical cable and 16A-CEE plug. The power supply can be offered to the Vacuum unit from an optional cable drum attached to the lifting unit.

MRPT89AC • Manual Rotator / Power Tilter 1000
Used world-wide, the MRPT89AC Vacuum Lifter is Powr-Grip's most popular production line rotator / tilter, because it offers the greatest economy and versatility in a powered vacuum lifter. Attaching to materials in approximately 4 seconds, it supplies 360° continuous manual rotation with 90° powered tilt between upright and flat positions. The lightweight, interchangeable pad frame may be customized to meet customer specifications. 1000 lbs [455 kg] capacity.

P1 & P2 Series • Channel Lifters
These modular vacuum lifters are expandable to meet a variety of materials handling needs. Interchangeable Lift Frames provide manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt. Pad Channels can be switched from one Lift Frame to another in minutes, for maximum versatility at the installation site. On-board DC power permits cord-free use of the vacuum lifter with cranes, forklifts or floor hoists. AC powered vacuum lifters are also available. When combined with the CB1 Counter-Balancer, double-channel vacuum lifters can be used to install windows and exterior surfacing materials under overhangs or in other low-clearance settings. Capacities to 1400 lbs [635 kg].

Specifically designed for handling stone and other high-density materials, Powr-Grip's MT Series Vacuum Lifters feature 90° tilt with an above-the-center pivot point, so that loads automatically hang in the upright position when lifted. Coupled with a remote power source, the resulting narrow profile allows these vacuum lifters to fit between tight, vertical storage racks while also protecting the power source from damage. TwinRam VH - Fully hydraulic Two-Ram-Lifts

Our new developed fully hydraulic 2-Ram-Lift has special installation conditions. This lift has a fully hydraulic synchronisation system, therefore no cross bar is required any longer (patent pending).
No longer a big foundation cassette is required for this lift. Both individual lifting rams are installated in HDPE-plastic pipes. So a fast and smooth installation can be performed within shortest time.
Installation of this lift is recommended for difficult soil conditions and/or high water table situations.
Our new TwinRam VH is robust enough to brave these requirements.

The motorcycle lift MBS is equipped with a very quiet electro-hydraulic drive operated by a hand-held push button control unit featuring a "dead-mans" control function.
The working height is fully adjustable up to a maximum of 980mm. A solenoid check valve directly on the cylinder provides maximum safety in the event of sudden pressure loss.
The lifting mechanism is fitted with maintenance free bushes. The platform is made from 4mm thick, plastic coated ribbed plate and features a stop on the stirn and a wheel cut-out at the rear.
The motorcycle lift can be fitted with a transport system (supplied as an extra which lifts the mechanism onto wheels when fully lowered to allow it to be easily moved around the workshop).
