BATTERY OPERATED ELECTRO LIFTING MAGNETS
In the event that you wish to transport workpieces over, without access to a mains power supply, then battery-powered lifting magnets may be the solution. Your workpiece can be transferred from crane to crane or from one forklift truck to another without the load being dropped. The magnets are powered by a battery. Controls are fitted to the magnet for easy operation. The battery-powered magnet is available with a lifting capacity of up to 1000 kg. These magnets can also be equiped with wireless remote control.

Cold Operation
Since the electrical current is only used momentarily, no insulation or coil failures are caused by internal heating.
Safer Holding
The permanent magnetic material is unaffected by external power failure. Since Electro-Permanent magnets require electricity only to activate the magnet "on" or "off", there are no mechanical parts that could accidentally stick. Once the magnet is "on" the electricity can be disconnected indefinitely without any interruption to the holding power.
Cycle Time
Energizing the magnetic material typically takes 2-3 seconds.
Power Consumption
Operating costs are very low compared to conventional electromagnets because the power is applied for a minimal time.

Carbon fiber expanding shafts are lightweight alternatives to heavy steel or aluminum shafts. These shafts provide the following benefits:

The wheelers strong loads are used to move on the ground with economy and safety, of the heavy and bulky loads (machine tools, boilers, tanks, transformers, constructions, etc)
Constituted by a chain without end, with large rollers, out of tempered steel, travelling around a core between two notched side cheeks. At least five rollers are in contact with the ground.
Pivoting plates with crown of balls largely dimensioned, allowing the orientation of the wheelers compared to the load and ordered by tillers of direction.

Surface striated to avoid any slip of the load.

ECO-Skate i-Series XL the extra large load moving system
The axles and bearings in the ECO-Skate i-Series XL are supported
and enclosed within the frame. This makes it impossible to bend
an axle even if the wheel has been overloaded for a short time.
For the ECO-Skate i-Series XL it is possible to combine any of the
different capacities within the range. The total capacities equals
the sum of the single capacities of each ECO-Skate.
The skates are equipped with HTS polyurethane wheels as standard
and can also be purchased separately.

ECO-Skate i-Series - the load moving system
With ECO-Skate i-Series load moving systems you are able to move
loads up to 24 tonnes. All Skate systems are standard equipped with
a steering bar and alignment bar as well as HTS Polyurethane wheels.
If desired he skates can be equipped with HTS nylon or steel wheels
as well.
All ECO-Skate i-Series skates can be combined with each other. The sum
of the capacity of a single skate equals the total capacity of a system.
You can also get single front or rear units.
