2100 Valve Series
Description
The Carlisle single circuit (2101) and parallel (2102) circuit, modulating hydraulic control valves are capable of providing modulating output pressures in a range of 600 - 3,500 psi (4,137 to 24,133 kPa).
Application
Hydraulically actuated, single and parallel circuit braking and industrial systems where high quality, precise modulation is required.

Pressure reducing / relieving valves can be used to reduce the pressure in a leg of the circuit lower than system pressure. The valve also acts as a relief valve, relieving any shocks or surges that occur between the regulated port and the actuator. When the valve is in the relieving mode, the inlet port is blocked. Parker offers pressure reducing/relieving valves in both pilot operated and directing acting styles. The direct acting version is generally used in static applications where response is critical, or leakage is a concern.

D.C. Electro-pumps, series ET...
The essential components of series ET elektro pumps are an external gear pump and an elctro motor.
The 12 and 24 VDC motors feature high efficiencies and precision-balanced rotors for low-vibration running. They are combined with our AP05 - AP100 external gear-pumps to produce the ET series of electro-pumps, a family of products that are notable for their low noise levels in operation.
Simplicity of construction and reduction in size are the fundamental objectives in the design of the ET electro-pumps.
Advantages
Noise levels have been drastically reduced
Wide range of displacements and electric motor

The power steering controllers are designed to enable and to control the speed of hydraulic (series wound and permanent magnet ) motors used for power steering in industrial vehicles. These controls are used in conjunction hall effect pulse encoders that supply movement inputs from the steering wheel of the vehicle to the controller. The control will start the motor when steering wheel is moved and ramp up the speed of the motor proportionally to the speed which the steering wheel is rotated. If no movement of the steering wheel is sensed after a pre-set time, the control will shut off the motor, to save energy, reduce noise and extend battery life.
- Voltage Range : 24-48VDC and 72-80VDC
- Armature Current Limit : 60 Amps
- One Hour Rating (In Air) : 15 Amps
- One Minute Rating : 35 Amps
- Frequency : Constant 15KHZ
Features and Benefits:
- Variable idle speed available to protect pump
- Variable steer compensation allows the use of custom sensors
- Variable relief enable allows operation without steer sensors
- A stop timer extends battery life

The Series 5 steering control unit (SCU) features a compact design and installation flexibility for low flow applications off-highway applications. These units offer a variety of choices in mounting, ports (now available with Snap-To-Connect, STC® direct ports), port locations, configurations and integral valve functionality. Eaton's patented balanced architecture reduces steering drift and provides smooth, best-in-class steering feel and crisp centering. Series 5 SCUs are affordably designed for low flow, low pressure applications and are more efficient with lower pressure drop than competitive units.
Applications
- Lawn, garden and turf equipment
- Lift trucks
- Golf course maintenance equipment
- Compact utility tractors
Specifications
- Open Center, Closed Center, and Load Sensing Configurations
- Displacement: 31.5-120 cm3/r (1.92-7.33 in3/rev)
- Flow: 11-19 l/min (3-5 GPM)
- Pressure maximum: 140 Bar (2030 psi).
|
|
The Series 10 SCU facilitates hydraulic fluid flow like no other unit on the market. Offering an unprecedented, continuous pressure rating of 275 bar (4000 psi). Its robust design, balanced architecture and many options, offer increased performance during transient pressure and high standby conditions. Optional features such as Wide Angle and Cylinder Damping help provide the smoothest steering available for articulated vehicles. Eaton also offers Two-Speed Steering to combine improved roading performance with high efficiency in the work cycle while accommodating European regulations for emergency manual steering capability. Other technologies, such as STC® direct ports, Q-Amp, VersaSteer (dual "metered" and "quick" steering modes), result in an improved steering experience and reduce system cost.

LAG steering units are used in the hydraulic steering circuits of motor vehicles and mobile machines with high axle loads and driving speeds of up to 50 km/h (60 km/h in Germany).
Even heavy vehicles can be easily steered. The absence of a mechanical connection between the steering unit and the steering axle allows the implementation of solutions that would not be feasible with conventional steering systems.
Includes all valves that are required in the hydraulic steering circuit for the protection of the steering unit and cylinder. No need for additional piping.
If the oil supply fails, the LAG can be used to steer manually - emergency steering capability. The LAG then functions as a handpump to the steering cylinder.

Sauer-Danfoss offers component and system level steering solutions. Our product range makes it possible to cover applications of all types, ranging from ordinary 2-wheel steering (also known as Ackermann steering) to articulated steering, complicated 4-wheel steering, automatic steering (by sensor) and remote controlled steering via satellite.
For light vehicles such as garden tractors, municipal vehicles, lawn mowers or small forklift trucks, Sauer-Danfoss offers OSPM hydrostatic steering units.
Small and medium sized vehicles can be equipped with an OSPB, OSPC, OSPF or OSPR steering unit. Typical applications include tractors, harvesters, forklift trucks and small construction machines.
Larger vehicles such as combines, loaders and dump trucks will typically use OSPB, OSPC or OSPF steering units. The OSPL steering unit is particularly suitable for where the steering flow can reach 100 l/min (26 gpm). However, for vehicles of that size, Sauer-Danfoss has specifically designed the OSPQ and OSPD. These steering units are designed with variable displacement to make emergency steering possible on even heavy machines. The unit change automatically to the lowest displacement when pump oil supply is unavailable.
