Created in 2000 and established in North Isere (Villefontaine). We are specialized in the design and the distribution of materials and accessories of industrial valves and fittings.
A perfect knowledge of the products in varied fields (chemistry, oil, cryogenics, the hydroelectric one, engineering and maintenance), enables us to bring solutions adapted to your needs.
In addition to the delivery of the new material, we propose their installation as well as the handing-over in a state of existing material.

Air chamber sizes are available from 12 to 36 square inches and hydraulic displacement from 1.0 to 9.0 cubic inches. Both remote and integral reservoir models are available for mineral base hydraulic oil or brake fluid.

REMARK
1 : The mounting surface finish should be no rougher than Rz 6.3 (ISO 4287:1997).
2 : Be sure to use O-ring included at all times.
3 : Tightening torque for mounting should be as per the above table.
4 : The hardness at the top portion of round top type plunger is HRC54.

500 Hydraulic Cylinders
* The Bimba "500" is a precision built, compact, lightweight hydraulic cylinder designed specifically for hydraulic use only, at pressures up to 500 psi.
* Options include extra extensions, magnets, and fluoroelastomer seals.
* Bore sizes are 1-1/16", 1-1/2", and 2".
* The 500 hydraulic cylinders have sintered bronze piston rod guide bushing and a HEX-STUD® made from heat-treated alloy steel. Tie Bands reinforce both ends of type 304 stainless steel body rolled in a groove on the periphery of each end cap, doubling joint strength. Buna N rod wiper seal assures dry drip free piston rod. The piston rod is piloted into the piston-threaded and riveted.

Rated to 2500 psi, 4000 shock pressure. Standard cylinders feature o-ring with polyurethane back-ups on piston and double lipped u-cup on rod. Full threaded rod through 1.25 diameter.

Single-acting hight tonnage cylinders
HSRC
The single-acting heavy-duty cylinders HSCR are made of steel. They have chromium plated pistons and are equipped with guide rings. Scraper rings prevent wear of piston rod through pollution. HSCR cylinders are specially suitable for lifting heaviest loads on the field of surface and underground engineering.

JACK SIMPLE EFFECT WITH BUILT-IN PUMP
Equipped with a piston of chrome pumping Ø 16 mm combining a weak effort on the lever (650 mm) and an important flow, this jack pariculièrement is pariculièrement adapted for the lifting of loads.
It can be used only like a jack "bottle" or gone up on an arm of lifting (bracket, goat...).
Partly low, the connection is ensured by a hoop assembled on a tenon of support allowing the rotation of the jack 360°.
At the other end, the stem of the jack is bored.
The jack is equipped with a valve of limitation of pressure for safety in the event of overload and with an ergonomic decompression with wordwrap.
It is entirely dismountable.

The HDA double acting range offers the utmost in versatility and durability. Specifically designed for heavy duty lifting, construction and maintenance applications as well as presswork and industrial production,
the double acting design provides substantial pulling force in the piston retraction mode as well as providing fast, controlled retraction for continous duty cycle operation. All models up to 203 tonnes are supplied with flat saddle, piston rod threads and collar threads as standard. Models form 326 tonnes and upwards are supplied without collar thread and piston rod thread, however include replaceable titing saddle as standard. Standard range model are featured in this catalogue, however other stroke and tonnage options are available on request.

CFC - Single acting, compact push cylinders with spring return

CFC cylinders are real all-round cylinders. There are a large number of different CFC cylinders available with different characteristics such as capacity, stroke or height, which will meet your requirements. They have a compact design and a long stroke. The design gives small installation dimensions. CFC cylinders are provided with scrapers to keep the piston free from dirt.
Available in capacities ranging from 5 ton to 100 ton. Models of 5 t, 10 t, 15 t and 25 t can be equipped with an adapter for accessories.
All cylinders are designed for a max. working pressure of 70 MPa (in case there are some exceptions, these will be mentioned in the text above).
