LANNER® systems
Complete chip treatment systems, built according to your requirements. LANNER® customised systems are available as a complete solution. Our systems can process different types of chip, silt and metalworking fluids with maximum separation.
The LANNER®-Recycling-Concept
Complete solution system concept separating oil from metal chips and silt.
Chips are fed into the lift & tip machine from the chip transporter.
Chips are tipped into the chip crusher.
Chips are transported into the centrifuge on the conveyor belt.
Dry chips are ejected into containers or silos.
The entire system is controlled automatically from a central control box.

A LARGE RANGE OF FILTERS
METAL EDGE FILTERS OR BACK FLUSHING FILTERS FOR
ECONOMICAL FILTRATION
Variable configuration inline pressure filters which use modern technology and can be deaned during on-going operation, require no maintenance or disposal measures as opposed to consumable filter material.
They can be used in applications ranging from fine filtration to coarse filtration.

Cylone unit F60
Areas of application
Removing sedimenting solids from liquids of low viscosity such as water and emulsions. Installation as independent cleaning unit on fine machining machine tools.
Function
Due to tangential streaming-in of the liquid, a primary swirl develops. The heavier particles in the liquid, due to centrifugal force, are pressed to the wall of the cyclone housing. Due to the tapering of the conical cyclone housing, a secondary swirl develops in the lower area which leads the cleaned coolant lubricant back in opposite direction. The dirt particles, together with a small amount of liquid (approx. 1.5 l/min), are removed through the underflow nozzle. The admission pressure must be approx. 2 bar.

These systems offer excellent residual-oil ratios. The improved recycling rate helps protect the natural environment while enabling more economical usage of coolant. The 300P offers all the features of model 300 plus an integrated swarf-intake hopper and crusher. This well-integrated, labor-saving system handles continuous swarf-intake, crushing, and de-oiling. The 300PW has all the features of the 300P but offers a greater swarf-intake capacity.

HB Type Transformer Breathers
The HB Desiccant Breather is ideal for a large range of Transformer sizes. The charge is constructed from high strength poly carbonate with the additional protection of a polythene coated metal screen, it's identical die cast end plates are sealed in position to form a very strong unit.
HBP Type Transformer Breathers
The HBP Desiccant Breather has been specially designed to provide an economical protection device for smaller Transformers having a low oil content. The Breather body and oil seal cup are moulded in high strength polycarbonate, which offers mechanical strength and weather resistance, the transparent material also allows all round visability of the Desiccant at a distance.
The design of the HBP Desiccant Breather allows the capacity to be increased for use on larger Transformers. This is known as the HBP/2.
Multiple Breather Units Types: HB55, HB66, HB77 & HB777
The design of the Hawke Desiccant Breather in its single unit form (i.e. HB2) has been limited to weights and dimensions which enable easy handling during initial installation and subsequent charge replacement. However, parallel arrangements are available for those situations where the oil volume of the transformer requires larger volumes of Desiccant gel.
Where Breather charges are operated in parallel, it is essential that only one oil valve is used, this maintains a balanced air flow through each branch of the multiple arrangement. The pipe work for the connection of two and three breathers in parallel are standard fittings.

The ELF Coalescer is a simple, virtually maintenance-free system for separating oil from steam condensate. Utilizing a bed of oleophilic ion exchange resins, the ELF Coalescer can be used in petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants and related industries as well as treating ballast water, oil well field produced water and other oily waste waters.

Coalescer units
These can be vertical or horizontal vessels with connection sizes up to 48" (1200 mm) NB using the properties of droplet attraction, impingement and coalescence to remove liquid droplets from fluidic streams.
Coalescers are available to separate water and condensates from gaseous hydrocarbons such as natural gas and fuel gas, as well as from ammonia and nitrogen and for both onshore and offshore activities. Also available are coalescers and separators to remove water from liquid hydrocarbons such as diesel, fuel oil, kerosene, some crude fractions.
In all cases the coalescers can be supplied complete with integral filter packs to provide long term in-service life.
Specialist coalescers are available for the separation of difficult to separate duties or where a corrosive main phase fluid is present.
|
|
The coalescer has been especially designed to remove free water from hydraulic circuits. Costeffective and simple in design, it functions without absorption material: special filter material in special configuration retains the small water droplets floating in the medium and removes them.
