The lightweight building block approach allows for a modular installation which is easily expandable. One-piece bonded construction resists damage from vibration and shock. These heaters also have a lower operating cost with up to 80% of the input energy transmitted to and absorbed by the work material.

Convection Heaters distribute the warm air by relying on the difference in density of the heated air rising above the cool air and creating a convection current. The forced air heater forces air over very long distances and is usually the choice for heating larger areas. Similar to the sun’s heat, infrared heating heats people and objects rather than air or space. Radiant heat is less affected by drafts and large air movements. When using overhead infrared to heat an entire building, direct radiated heat from the heater passes through the air to heat floors, walls, machinery and people. These heated objects then transfer heat to the air by natural convection and secondary radiant heat. Radiant heat generates no noise, fumes or flames.

OHA radiant strips are especially fitted for infrared heating of industrial, commercial and sports' buildings up to any type of height. They are on the contrary especially fitted for very high buildings which require large radiant surface with lower surface temperatures.
OHA system does not move the dust in the air, it does not take any space on the floor and its maintenance is extremely reduced. The characteristic of the gas combustion head in premix and afterburning at low NOx emission and high efficiency. The radiant pipe circuit diameter 200/300mm assure a high thermal emission. A special insulation above the radiant strips raises further the radiant yield on the floor.

Equipments suited for all environments with great height (form 4 to 20 meters) or with high thermal dispersion.
It includes a burner unit and a heat exchanger tube which reaches the temperature of 400 ÷ 550 °C., providing a very high radiation efficiency, also by means of the reflecting cover located over the tubes, which focuses the thermal flow downwards.

The INFRA radiant module is the most classical expression for infrared heating for industrial buildings, sportshalls, ware-houses, poultry farms and glasshouses. The machine is made up of a burner working with forced induction in premix type Baf, with a multi gas head, exhaust fume electro fan, heat exchanger made up of special heat treated steel radiant pipes for high temperature; stainless steel reflecting metallic parabole and support hangers. It has low thermal inertia, and can heat single zones also with limited dimensions activating single modules, it does not move the dust in the air, does not take any space on the floor, it heats the bodies but not the air, so this means that the lower is building insulating, the higher are fuel savings that are achived with infrared radiant tubes.

The VAPORAD steam radiant panels are used to heat industrial or civil buildings that are particularly concerned with fire prevention.

Exhaust air system:
The exhaust air ceiling is a closed structure which complies with the hygienic requirements of VDI 2052, a regulation issued by the Association of German
Engineers, and BGR 111, a workplace health and safety regulation issued by German Trade Associations. The type of construction prevents the accumulation
of soot in the hollow space above the ceiling. The exhaust air chambers of the hoods can accommodate various types of fume extraction equipment with
grease separators. Their installation does not require
any tools.

VENESSE Comfort is manufactured an easy-to-use air curtain with new insulation technology that allows us to deliver the quietest operation even during high performance. The maximum acoustic pressure value at 3 m is 55 dB (A) when air output is 5500 m3/h. The air curtain’s height is 2.5 meters, and it is intended for doors as wide as 7.5 m. It is produced with an electrical filament heater in two performance versions (24 kW and 36 kW), as well as with water heater and air-only versions. The air curtain is equipped with an anchor stand that can be attached to either side of the air curtain for determining its installation position and connections. The air outlet is equipped with a composite system of easily adjustable lamellas that allow effective adjustment of air output direction. The water exchanger has two air release valves that also serve as draw-off valves to allow easy air release or purging. The air curtain is offered with electronic controls that can operate up to six curtains. In this mode, each air curtain reacts individually to the door switch that is connected to it. The VENESSE Comfort air curtain comes in standard white color (RAL 9010) or can be custom made in any RAL color, as well as stainless steel.

This complete product is an Absorption refrigerator-thermic System created for the external installation.
Its power supplyies can be:

Thanks to a cogenerator, Renewable Energy Package, becomes a CCHP system (combined cooling, heating and power) for the production of hot water, cooling water and electricity.
This preassembled OR ENBLOC package is composed by an Absoprtion Chiller, a cooling tower, a cool and hot water storage, pumps, filters, mixing valves and a control panel for the management of the complete system.

EP SERIES
Industrial hot air heater of 50kW and 100kW.
Its features are the following ones:
