Tech - Roll door products are rugged roll up rubber doors. They are designed and built to take severe impact from all types of vehicles with minimum damage. Their high opening and closing speed save significant amount of energy. They are available in two models, Tech-Roll 1800 and Tech -Roll 6000.
The difference between the two models is the operating speed and the electric apparatus to obtain that speed. Otherwise, the construction of the 1800 and 6000 is the same, as described in the following Short Form Specs. Tech-Roll 1800 operates between 12 and 24 inches per second and the Tech - Roll 6000 runs at 32 to 60 inches per second.

In this special version, the shaft and operator cladding can be opened to facilitate daily cleaning. High-pressure cleaning systems and water aren’t a problem for the door construction, which is made entirely of stainless steel. The operator is protected against spray-water (protection category IP 65). Closing edge safety devices that are often susceptible to malfunctions in wet areas can be omitted due to the low weight of the door curtain. The door is supplied as standard with a photocell.

High-grade steel doors for deep-freeze areas, a special variant with a fabric resistant to coldness and with an adhesion-resistant coating against icing up. This elegant high-speed door was especially developed to be used in deep-freeze areas to guarantee a permanent and durable passage between rooms even at the lowest temperatures. The advantage is, that the saving of energy is enormous. For extreme deep-freeze applications at temperatures up to -27 degrees, for bays of a door up to a maximum of 3,000 x 3,000 mm (wxh).

REVOLUTIONARY: COMPLETELY NEW SPIRAL DOOR GENERATION
Therefore as the first and only producer in the world, EFAFLEX will as of immediately offer double walled insulation laths in thermally separated and insulated models for exterior high - speed doors – now in serial production.
The circular, continuous round spiral is the standard solution. Herein, the door blade is coiled up free of abrasion in a patented circular spiral above max. headroom. This guarantees a smooth and calm run and, moreover, preserves the brandnew appearance of the door over many years!
If the allowed freespace for the header is not sufficient, oval designs will be used. For highly limited space, a low header application is available.
The engineers at EFAFLEX have had a true stroke of genius together with the introduction of an active crash system (EFA-ACS) for solid (!) door blades. If desired, the new EFA-SST generation with the model “EFA-ACS-DS” can be provided with a double sided moving device for the lower door blade area.

High-speed turbo-door is the term used for a globally unique high-speed door for indoor applications, the door leaf of which is made of single-wall slats which are permanently transparent. On request the door leaf can be supplied PVC-free and as such is best suited for applications in the automotive industry (painting stations), in chemical and pharmaceutical plants as well as all sectors of the food-processing industry. The high-speed turbo-door EFA-STT is up to 3 m/sec. fast. It stays tight even under overpressure and underpressure conditions. Even under strong wind loads, the door remains fully operational.
The door leaf consists of individual single-wall slats which - each separately - are bolted to strap hinges on both sides so that no force acts within the hanging. The vertical hoisting motion is introduced directly via the strap hinges. The door leaf is taken up in a patented round spiral above the door opening - contactless and virtually wear-free. As a consequence, the door leaf can see years of wear without losing its appearance, and door travel is especially quiet.
Just recently announced, the transparent high speed door from EFAFLEX
has been released in a model with active crash system (EFA-ACS) which
enables the door to repair "itself" after a collision, within a very short period of time.
