One of the keypoints of Eolo 1000PB Pass Box is the decontamination process that allows the passage and the sterilization of material to bring in the Clean Room.
The removal of the contaminating particles settled on the objects to bring in the White Room occurs thanks to the mechanic action exercised by the airblasts put in the decontamination compartment through a series of adjustable blowing out nozzles placed both on the ceiling and the lateral walls of the box.
The air stream is produced by a centrifugal fan at high preponderance and it is crossed by an absolute filter H14 placed in the technical compartment.
The contaminated air is regained through a drilled grid placed on the bottom of the box.

The casing of our pass through boxes on the inside and outside is made of stainless steel 1.4301 in a ground design.
The door leaves are mounted on the outside to fit flush with the lock carcase. Viewing panels that are installed into the door leaf fitting flush on both sides and an electronic locking of the doors provide visible safety.
The locking is realised by the ILKAZELL door lock seal using surface holding magnets, switches, a red/green display and internal wiring with a voltage of 24 V DC. This also guarantees a mutual locking of pass through boxes with swing and sliding doors.
The carcase of our pass through box is welded. The inner corners are designed with a wide radius to provide a comfortable and efficient cleansing.

AirClean®Systems PCR workstations with UVTect™ microprocessor control, allow you to maintain a Class 100 clean work area during PCR preparation. The AC600 Series LFUV Model has a built-in 254 nm ultraviolet light that allows the operator to irradiate tubes, flasks and pipettes between amplifications. The 254 nm ultraviolet light will effectively destroy potentially contaminating DNA and RNA within minutes. UVTect™ monitors the life of the bulb to ensure proper levels of irradiation.
The workstations feature a unique interlocking sash with a safety overlap to prevent gaps. The sash also has a safety switch that automatically turns off the ultraviolet light and activates the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. This revolutionary uni-body design provides unmatched user protection from harmful ultraviolet rays during the sterilization process. HEPA filtered units have a built-in monitoring system to alert the user when to change the HEPA filter.

General description :
Construction is similar to Scienceware® H50025-0000. The rear panel and cover can be easily detached and replaced without tools. Velcro® closures are used to attach the rear cover which overlaps the opening by 51mm (2") on all four sides. The integrity of the box and its atmosphere are preserved by a gasket on all four sides of the unit. Dimensions: 91cm (36") wide x 51cm (20") deep x 66cm (26") high. Rear panel opening 50cm (19 1/2") wide x 34cm (13 1/2") high.
