The extensive range of Sonic products from CEPRO® can reduce noise pollution substantially and enables companies to comply with the applicable noise level standards. The soundproof products ensure increased production and a better performance of employees in noisy environments.
The unique, compact construction of the CEPRO® SONIC wall system with built-in soundproof elements not only produces sound attenuation but also effective noise reduction in the rest of the working environment. The modular system can be easily and quickly assembled (and is therefore cost-reducing), moved, expanded or changed into another configuration. The CEPRO® SONIC wall system exceeds the quality and effectiveness of all other branded systems of its competitors.
CEPRO® SONIC soundproof products were installed at industrial manufacturing companies and in government agencies and educational establishments. Often new and/or customer specific solutions were developed to meet requirements. Especially in confined places with many people (training rooms), CEPRO® proves its strength. The extensive experience of the company with all kinds of projects across Europe guarantees an effective solution for each specific noise problem.

The KEMPER sound insulating partitioning wall system can be built into any design combination due to different modular elements. The columns and struts consist of sectional steel, which is finished with UV-ray absorbend powder coating.
The sound insulating elements [1.000 x 1.000 x 50 mm] consist of perforated plates and a filling of compressed mineral wool which is non-flamable. Furthermore the mineral wool plates are laminated with black glass fibre fleece material.
Out of these components is is easy to construct complete welding bays, in which exhaust arms could be mounted. The outside facing columns can be fitted with different mounting devices for curtains, welding strips, etc.

TMC has offered custom acoustic enclosures for our equipment maker customers for many years. These enclosures are highly engineered and uniquely suited to the specific tool being isolated.
End-users, however, were placed in a position of having to design their own acoustic enclosures for their unique applications. Given the level of design involved, this was impractical. Demand arose for a standard, "off-the-shelf" TMC enclosure incorporating many of the features of our custom enclosures with the practicality of a single, multi-purpose design. The 83-500 Series Acoustic Enclosure was designed as this multi-purpose acoustic enclosure.

Steam generator outlets (safety valves, start valves),
air compressor breathers (blow-off valves) etc.
The noise propagating along the pipe is channelled into the silencer.
After having crossed the reactive section the gas flow enters the dissipative section which, thanks to special sound-absorbing elements, deadens the medium-high frequencies.

Application
Acoustiroc® will provide excellent acoustic control in many environments including : industrial premises, schools, interview rooms, sports halls, recording studios and canteens. The system provides solutions to acoustic control problems in all areas where the walls are to be used in providing acoustic correction but also need to resist mechanical damage.
Presentation
Acoustiroc® is a stone wool panel with a perforated metal face. The face is coated in epoxy paint, either white, or in a wide range of colours and is backed with a black glass fibre tissue. The panel provides a thermo-acoustic wall lining, both decorative and impact resistant. The reverse of the panel is lined with natural glass fibre tissue for ease of installation and the complete system has excellent long-term durability.
Execution
The Acoustiroc® panel system is very easily and quickly assembled using one all-purpose channel trim. The panels are also easily demounted if necessary. The base support strip allows the panels to be positioned by locating the top of the panel in the upper channel then sliding down to locate in the base channel.
The channel trim is also used to provide all lateral finishes and
horizontal joints.
