The EKOBAF baffles are bi-absorbent elements conceived to be fixed to the
ceiling arranged for parallels rows at a constant distance between elements.
They’re characterized by an exceptionally light weight together with a high sounddeadening capability, guaranteed from the perforation on both the sides of the panel and an exceptional robustness. They find widely used for noise absorption in great surface spaces like industrial plants, arenas, swimming pools, ect…
The assembly is simple and fast, and guarantees an excellent aesthetic aspect.

Application
Acoustic Baffles are vertical absorbent elements which reduce sound reverberation and contribute to the improvement of noise levels in industrial and service premises.
Presentation
The Eurocoustic baffle is made up of stone wool panels lined with a white, black or natural glass tissues (other colours on request). The panels are inserted on 4 sides in a galvanised, white lacquered steel frame.
Execution
Suspend Eurobaffle Decor or Industrie by ø 6 mm threaded rods or chains to the building structure or to a primary framework.

Sound-absorbing SONEXvalueline Baffles feature a new optional hanging system that reduces installation time and cost. Ideal for swimming pools, gymnasiums and multi purpose rooms, the ceiling baffles are easily hung from a cable suspended over the floor. Installation is completed by pushing baffles into place from one side of the room, allowing activities to continue uninterrupted. There is no need to drain a swimming pool or clear furniture from the area.

To achieve free-field conditions within an acoustic test environment for the measurement of radiated sound power and directivity, the testing area must be free from reverberation, feedback and resonance throughout the audible frequency spectrum. pinta's SONEX Wedges, cut in a variety of sizes and shapes, are effective materials for use in anechoic and hemi-anechoic chambers. The acoustical wedges absorb the kinetic energy created by the sound waves. At the same time, the large surface formed by the wedges increases the total absorptive area to absorb even the long wavelengths of low frequency sound.

Elastomers have two major properties:
- they are practically incompressible;
- when subject to shear, they have a very low modulus which means that show small reactions for high amplitudes
The shear and compression properties of elastomers enable laminated assemblies to be used as conventional bearings:
- immobilization and load bearing capacity in certains directions;
- capacity to move in directions perpendicular to the previous one.

By the application of reciprocating and screw compressors pressure pulsations can be introduced into the discharge line. ESK mufflers reduce these gas pulsations efficiently.
The adjustable discharge line mufflers of the GDX range are
especially suitable for the following application:
• Screw compressor systems
• Capacity controlled compressors
• Individual line arrangement
• Wide evaporating temperature ranges
(ref. mass flow, pressure ratio)
In respect of the adjustment at the inlet- and/or outlet side, an efficient redution of pulsations is reachable.

The noise suppressors of the Series "R" come used for silenziare the culverts of the gas of drainage of the endothermic motors, the culverts of aspiration and drainage of the compressori of air to pistons or pumps of the empty "type Roots" etc.
The noise that is propaga along the culvert comes convogliato in the noise suppressor.
After to have crossed the reactive section that, thanks to risonatori details to multiple rooms, cancels the impulsive tones to lowland frequency, the gaseous flow crosses the dissipative section and supplies to attenuate the upper-middle frequencies.

High-Performance Muffler Tubes
Primarily used in the automotive, on-road and off-road aftermarket; ACS Industries, Inc.’s High-Performance Muffler Tubes take steel wool packing to the next level of exhaust system functionality by combining the acoustic benefits of steel wool with the durability of knitted wire mesh.
ACS’ High-Performance Exhaust Tubes are made by wrapping a layer of steel wool over a knitted wire mesh sock and knitting another sock over that. This layered element is seamless, can be cut to length or shipped in bulk packaging. Because it is based off a knitted sock, ACS’ High-Performance Exhaust Tubes can be made to virtually any ID specifications.

SMC’s silencers and exhaust cleaners offer compact design and easy mounting. SMC’s silencers exhaust in only one direction preventing scattering of mist and noise. In addition, high strength construction prevents damage to threads from a side directional shock. SMC’s exhaust cleaners insure clean plant air and reduction of distributing noise contamination.

Basically, there are four ways to achieve noise reduction:
Add a physical sound barrier
Install a vibration damper
Provide sound absorption
Metering the air flow
Only knitted wire mesh functions as all four of these types of noise reducers-economically and as a single-composite material.
Unlike metal baffle plates-which usually involve costly welded constructions and add significant weight-Metex knitted wire mesh noise-suppression solutions are light in weight and economical. Metal baffles can also slow the passage of air-in some cases resulting in reduced equipment operating efficiency due to generation of excessive back pressure. Porous materials such as foamed plastics and synthetic felts are highly susceptible to degradation at elevated temperatures-leading to eventual embrittlement and decomposition.
Knitted metals can be virtually custom tailored to specific needs of a given application. Engineered products can be fabricated from Metex by knitting one or a combination of widely diverse materials, such as all types of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, sophisticated alloys, synthetic polymers, fibers, and yarns.

The mufflers are elements that are inserted in the conduits where a gas flows. Their job is to reduce as much as possible the transmitted of noise.
A muffler must be chosen using the following criteria of selection.
The sound transmission loss must be the major possible one, not only worldwide, but also spectrally.
Depending on the speed of the gas, there will be demanded a few aerodynamic special conditions.
The materials that compose the muffler will come determined by the temperature and the pressure of the gas. The permanence of the set will depend on the quality of the selected material.
The geometry and dimensions of the muffler will come determined in every case for the available space, the wealth and the loss of load. There are situations in which the volume is very limited, for example in case of the leaks of compressed air.

The PD13 is a premium discharge silencer for blowers operating below transition speed, on which the blower, motor and belt guard are mounted as an integral part of the silencer. The PD13 is designed to facilitate package assembly, thereby reducing labor and the overall costs of assembling smaller blower packages. The design also enables the package to be pretested and shipped to the jobsite without any disassembly. The PD13 incorporates all the benefits of the D13H series silencer seen in Bulletin “D”. The inlet is designed to accept a slip-on flex connector.
