Process Control Center
Durability and high quality defines the Elabo programme of setting up process control rooms. We’ve even taken the transition into account: the building block system allows for the extension of an individual workstation solution with one monitor level to interlinked solutions with several monitor levels. The Mink Care-System – Support of vulnerable surfaces during assembly
The Mink Care-System consists of countless flexible bristles, which enable the reliable conveyance of vulnerable components.
Due to the many possible bristle heights and bristle diameters it is suitable for a variety of applications. Short and relatively hard bristles for heavy components, soft bristles for very vulnerable surfaces, or high bristles for goods with fittings (i.e. furniture with hinges, bolts or handles).

Theory and practice: Elabo is the leading partner in electrical engineering and related fields for both internal and institutional instruction and training. The service spectrum covers everything from the planning and complete outfitting of training rooms to the provision of teaching materials. To increase the overall training time, we offer customized solutions, such as foldaway tables, which at the touch of a button can be changed from tables used for theory, during lessons, to tables capable of doing experiments, within 20 seconds. The tables, the designs, and test devices have all been brought up to the latest industry standards with new storage capabilities as well as seating. For training purposes we’ve provided our cabinets with grooved mats for optimal storage of training boards.

Since 1992 we have developed and produced two different variants of our patented professional solution. In connection with the extensive offer of stop elements, work chucking fixtures, and positioning elements, you can erect very complex and modular devices in a very short time. The breadboard system, the screen lines, and the completely integrated fine scaling system allow both the precise clamping and adjusting, and to repeat the process very often.
Thanks to our most recent innovation, the new positioning - and - clamping - tube, type "PSR", now both the effectiveness and the flexibility of the use of every screen boring of the original Demmeler 3D - clamping - system can be increased to 30 to 50 per cent. The SAM workbenches is a resistant and flexible design thanks to many simple assembly possibilities.the parts made of steel plate are covered with an electrostatic layer made of a high quality epoxy resin which respects the environment while providing a perfect finishing.
