DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends with a integral maintenance-free spherical plain bearing, Series BEM, BEF, EM, EF
In many cases DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends with integrated spherical plain bearing serve their purpose. They are primarly used for small swiveling or tilting movements at low speeds. They stand out for their high loadability and can also be used for shock loads. The ball slides on a composite bearing shell consisting of a glass fiber-filled nylon/teflon component. This design ensures an absolutely maintenance-free rod end. DURBAL heavy-duty plain bearing rod ends have a slight initial stress and virtually no clearance. The composite material used has a favorable secondary advantage in that it absorbs any foreign particles and embeds them so that no damage can occur. The joint balls of DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends with integrated spherical plain bearings are hard chrome plated. This reliable corrosion protection ensures that the function of the rod end will not be affected by a corroded ball surface under humid operating conditions.

Mating pieces for clevises can be used as standard linking on the connecting rods of pneumatic cylinders or gas springs. In particular, the size of these items is so chosen, that a clevis in line with DIN 71752 is exactly right for use as a mating piece. In this way, a universally usable joint with terminating internal or external screw threads can be simply produced.
At the moment screw threads in the sizes of M 4 to M 20 with left or right hand fine or coarse threads can be supplied.
Considerable savings can be achieved with mating pieces. They can be e.g. easily combined with a clevis instead of a rod end if connections are required that compensate direction offsets in one direction. There are only few limitations compared to the rod end which is significantly more expensive.

Description of bearing types
Male, female or spherical bearings are ready-to-use mechanical components, based on the journal bearing principle.
These components are used in mechanical construction to transmit static or dynamic forces at different angles.
Male and female bearings are sometimes called tips or ends.
Spherical bearings are sometimes just called bearings.
The design of bearing components is governed by the DIN / ISO 12240 standard, which also specifies the overall and interface dimensions and with neighbouring mechanical components.
Bearing components can be self-lubricating or fitted with grease nipples.
Spherical bearings supplement ball bearings or other casings in slow movements. They are also ale to withstand high loadings because of the larger surfaces in contact..
The body of spherical bearings can be made from various materials: standard steel, high grade steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

The TESCUBAL® maintenance-free articulated heads and ball joints employ a coupling of metal (spherical ring) on sintered metal (bush) impregnated with a high-potency lubricating fluid.
The bush has the dual function of withstanding the loads applied and guaranteeing the necessary lubrication during operation.

PRESSURE ROLLER BEARINGS
These are stainless steel radial bearings with Urethane rubber fixed by special processing on its outer ring to keep its rotation accuracy. Under the proper radial loading, the coefficient of friction and hardness of rubber are useful for handling paper or for carrying mechanisms, guide bearings and idle bearings.
Size range from 3x10x4 to 6x24.5x5 mm

YTGW Guide Wheels are the main components of the Linear Motion system, they can be widely used in the industrial robot, cutting machine, motion track, production flow and so on.
The surface of outer ring is the "W" profile formed by the two "V" with an angle of 90 degrees. The internal or external side face can be matched separately with the concave or protrudable track that both have a "V' profile with the angle of 90 degrees, and also the internal side face can be matched well with the cylindrical track.
Wheels feature the internal design of double row angular contact ball bearing and a thick-walled outer ring, so the wheels can accommodate higher loads.
Wheels are made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Wheels mantle the metal shield or rubber seal (suffix X) to prevent the dust. YITONG also can provide the wheels with the concentric or eccentric bushings, as well as the wheels made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.
|
|
- Rotated parts of the rollers are in polyurethane 90° Sh. A equiped with a double lip dust seal.
- Stainless steel or other connection desgins will be considered on request.

Super-finished raceways of the Modern Linear guide rollers offer superior performance to competitors' product. Smoother raceways translate to smoother and quieter operation in linear applications.
Modern Linear guide rollers are designed to replace existing rollers in linear applications. They are dimensionally equal to existing Dual-Vee and Schatz guide wheels. Our rollers incorporate a 90 degree groove angle and will run on existing track.
Compression resistant plastic rollers can be used with adapter bushings and aluminum rail.

Since the creation and patenting of the original DualVee® wheel in 1967, it continues to provide easy to use, easy to install guide wheel components and assemblies. DualVee is ideal for a wide array of applications, from the clean room to the sawmill. These rugged yet economical guide wheels are quiet, ideal in long length applications, and tolerant of harsh environments.
DualVee's recirculating elements are self-contained and isolated from the environment; rolling contact between the wheel and track sweeps debris aside, making it ideal for use in contaminated environments.
DualVee offers three different wheel options; original guide wheels, studded guide wheels, and new integral one-piece guide wheels for lower cost and ease of installation. A wide variety of bushings and journals are available.
DualVee single edge or double edge track with patented mounting shoulder is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, induction hardened or "as formed". Hardened track comes in single lengths up to 20 feet, unhardened in lengths up to 22 feet. Track is easily butt-jointed for longer length applications.
A number of accessory items are also available including wheel covers, lubricators, track plate assemblies and wheel plate assemblies.
|
|
A highly effective system for lower cost and accuracy builds up from a single edge track and matching wheels. DualVee components are available in a range of sizes to suit most applications with high temperature and vacuum/clean-room options available to complement existing stainless steel components.
- Track lengths up to 6m with unlimited lengths achievable by butting
- Available drilled or un-drilled to minimise additional engineering
- Ex-stock availability

High rigidity Model PHS
With this model, a special copper alloy with high conformability is inserted between the color chromate treated steel holder and the spherical inner ring of which only the spherical area is hard chrome plated. This structure ensures high rigidity, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance.
High rigidity Model NHS-T
A no lubrication type that uses self-lubricating synthetic resin formed between the steel holder and the spherical inner ring. Since the clearance on the sliding surface is minimized, accurate link motion is achieved.
High rigidity Model POS
This model is a highly rigid rod end that is basically the same as the female threading type model PHS, but has a male thread on the holder end.
High rigidity Model NOS-T
This model is a no-lubrication rod end that is basically the same as the female threading type model NHS-T, but has a male thread on the holder end.
