The Bag Dump Hopper provides a quick, easy and virtually dust free way of dumping and filling your process system with material received in paper bags. The design incorporates a baffle and bin vent (to attach to a central dust collector) or optional bin vent filter over the dump area to maintain a dust free worker environment while providing a fast and effective means to charge your process.

-Feeders: The feeder works by taking up the sheet metal supplied by the decoiler or straightener and regulating the exact quantity that should be furnished to the press at all times. By using CNC technology (numeric computer control) the process can be parametrized so that it is possible to program maximum speed, acceleration / deceleration and with the position in either millimetres or inches. -Feeder/levelling machine: This machine is an evolution of the above and today most feeders incorporate the levelling function. As its name indicates, its purpose is to level out the sheet metal that, due to the slightly convex morphology, it adopts on the coil. Therefore, it is necessary to flatten the sheet metal so that it is absolutely level on reaching the press. Otherwise, the quality of finish produced by the feeder-levelling machine would not be obtained. |

CDSF7-PR is a special edition of the CDSF6. To prevent the excessive spring effect of the coil, usual for the compact lines, we add a pinch-roll to pull the coil from the braking decoiler. This system is appreciated in Germany.
- The CDSF7-PR is a compact line consisting of:
- single motorised decoiler: work at variable speed with a loop control to guarantee a soft movement
- straightener/feeder: with 2 rolls pinch-roll Ø 180 mm
- Straightener station with rolls at big distance, adapted for medium width strip - 9 rolls Ø 90 mm, to guarantee the necessary planarity.
- The line requires 8 meters of space.
- The CDSF7-PR is the best solution in case you don't need high speed (max 90 spm) but you have few space. The line have a competive price. |

Application:
The Minster Straightener, equipped with the Production Management Control (PMC) System, is the core of the stock preparation system. In its basic form, this multi-function machine provides precise straightening of the stock, and accurate control of the storage loop. When equipped with the optional hold-down arm and peeler table, the Minster Straightener facilitates safe and efficient threading of the coil. When installed along with a complete Minster coil line, it controls and supplies hydraulic power to the thread table, reel and coil car. It also communicates via its PMC with the press and feed PMC, providing complete coil line control and diagnostics.

These systems are used for loading and unloading of mechanical parts on machine tools like lathes, grinders, gear cutters etc.
The portals are built with stabilized beams supporting the carriage guides for horizontal motion, while the vertical and transversal motion is driven by aluminium beams linked through guides with ball bearing pads.
On vertical axis there are the clamps with different handling options, in accordance to customer requirements: pivoting, fixed, rotary.
The handling options are with two or three axes, in accordance to the application, by brushless motors with their relative drives: the dimensions are input by self-learning by the operator and allow an easy setting of the work path.
The programming is by numerical controls or PLCs interfaced with the axis control cards, to manage the whole working positions, as well as the handling logic and the interface with the other components of the automatic system. In the semi automatic setup, it is possible to set any measure on the keyboard and pressing the START button the Speedy moves to the set distance. CPS PALLET CHANGER
The CPS pallet changer is a mechanical unit applied mainly on horizontal machining centres. The cam mechanism permits the transformation of an input rotary motion in a uniform sequence of intermittent movements of the output shaft, to which the pallet grip arm is splined.
The entire cycle composed of grip, rotation and laying of pallets is realized through a complete turn of the cam shaft.
The complete turn could take from 2.5 to 6 seconds, in accordance to the weight and the pallet entraxe.
Rotation angle of the arm for pallet gripping is usually 180°; it is also possible to project units with different angles (90°, 60°, 45°, 30°) |
