The flat construction enables the VISIPORT to be adapted to widely differing door and window designs. VISIPORT is also suitable for fastening to sliding doors with limited intermediate space.
VISIPORT represents an excellent investment: At full functionality and with superior design, it has the lowest total costs (up to 50% lower) for an electrically driven rotating window.
No hole has to be drilled in the machine cabin. The unit is either fastened on the bonded mounting plate or bonded directly to the window. When the mounting plate is used fast replacement of the VISIPORT unit is possible.
Subsequent installation is also simple and fast. Low space requirements enable it to be used for most window configurations on new and also older machines, a through-hole installation is also possible. |

n close cooperation with machine manufactures from all over the world, the Hennig GmbH develops, manufactures and improves the telescopic steel covers for all requirements and suitable for a variety of machine tools.
Whether horizontally, vertically, inclined or transversally - there is no mounting position for which there is no optimum Hennig cover. Any difficult guide geometry or unfavourable space conditions in special machines will be solved by individual designs. The robustness and reliability of our covers are convincing. Safety and economy are ensured by ingenious wiper systems.
All forms are made from rolled high-grade steel sheets from 1.5 mm to 3 mm thick. Corrosion-proof stainless steel can be used for extreme conditions (e. g. aggressive coolant).
Depending on the fittings, speeds of up to 100 m/min can be attained by steel covers of all shapes. Way wipers, gliders, rollers and damping elements are interchangeable. Gutters (preventing coolant entering the boxes) can be included in the design of different models.

Integral Gutter :
The gutter is formed as an integral part of the rear panel of the individual boxes. This version can be manufactured in a cover width of up to approximately 2000 mm with a 2 to 3 mm thick steel sheet. With a slope of at least 5¡, this form ensures an efficient drainage and prevention of
coolant entering the boxes.
Separate Gutter :
On special request, we can manufacture separate gutters for covers more than 2000 mm wide. In this design, a specially developed way wiper diverts the coolant along the inner side of the boxes. Due to its large cross-section, a separate gutter deflects the water optimally and even at a slope of at least 5¡ ensures the drainage of coolants entering the boxes. |
