The Thru-Feed Grinder TFG150
The Thru-Feed Grinder is a production flat machining process that does most everything a conventional double disc or vertical spindle grinder can do and a great deal more.
The Thru-feed grinder is the most efficient method known for high production surface grinding of small to mid size parts because it practically eliminates non-productive time. With the Thru-Feed Grinder, all machine time is grinding time, little is lost on fixturing and preparation such as set-up, and loading and unloading of parts. Parts of almost any material and shape are fed into the Thru-Feed Grinder via a conveyor belt passing beneath a grinding wheel and finished parts are discharged continuously. It’s truly a high production grinding system.

Due to its versatility and simplicity of use it represents the state of art in surface grinding technology. The machine can be programmed to work in manless operation manner. It is equipped with the ROSA SYSTEM VII CNC (Siemens Sinumerik 840 Di) unit, but it is also available in the NC version SYSTEM VI (Siemens Sinumerik 840 Di). Four models are available whose grinding sizes go from mm 850x630x480(h) to mm 2000x650x600(h).
The wheel spindle is of the interchangeable cartridge type and runs on opposed preloaded angular precision bearings. The standard power-rate of the wheel motor is 11 kW (15 kW for CNC versions).

Features:
Three axes automatic surface grinder with small footprint.
Castings are made of high quality ribbed cast iron, which have been tempered to achieve extreme rigidity.
X&Y slide ways are laminated with Turcite-B, hand-scraped with sufficient lubrication. ( 250AHD with ball bearing table and D-2 (SKD-11) slide ways).
The elevation guide ways (Z axis) are hand-scraped then secured to the column structure.
The spindle is supported by CP4 preloaded super precision angular contact ball bearings. This will guarantee a maximum run-out of 2 microns for heavy duty, stable and accurate grinding.
Separate hydraulic system with a specially designed valve enables smooth table reversing with a 26 meter/min table speed.
Automatic lubricating system to ensure smooth and long lasting operation in all 3-axes.
Automatic down-feed gearbox for accurate down-feed increment.

S 375 GX
The S 375 G is a modular-structured, extremely flexible machine tool solution, ideal for single pass creep feed profile grinding of external spur and helical gears, crown gears and shafts, worms, rotors and screw threads. Optionally it is also possible to grind spur or helical internal gears.
The GX version of this machine is engineered with a longer machine bed and, depending on the dressing unit chosen, it can mount workpieces of up to 650 mm in length.
Other strengths of this machine are rapid format change and incredible versatility when it comes to combining machining and dressing methods. As regards tools, the machine may mount CBN grinding wheels, ceramic grinding wheels, dressable CBN grinding wheels and dressable ceramic grinding wheels.

is supported on the wheel side by a no-wear hydrodynamic bearing of the Mackensen type providing for very
smooth rotation and very quiet operation. A pair of preloaded precision ball bearings are mounted at the back.
The attention paid to the ergonomy of the machine, provided with complete protection, allows the operator
of a very good view and to work very easily under the best safety conditions, simplifying loading and unloading
