The VMC 6030 has a standard 10,000 RPM 24.1 HP* (18kW*) spindle with automatic mechanical HI/LO shifting for heavy aggressive cutting of steel and aluminum.
21 Station Tool Changer
A 21 station automatic tool changer is standard with an option of 30 tools. A Servo Turret for faster tool changing of non-sequential tools can be placed on either configuration.

General description
In recent years the winning card in MCM's products has been high speed, applied to all types of material, from aluminium to titanium.
One of its showpieces in this field is the JET FIVE solution. The barycentre-axis driven structure combines top speed with extreme precision and rigidity. The machine structure design with one-piece beam upright provides rigidity 8 times higher than traditional solutions.

FLA Series :
The new generation of the FLA series combines the productivity of a milling machine to the high speed and potential of a movable bridge machining centre.
It is chacterized by high dynamics with all axes; it also features customizable revolver or tool changer cutter-heads for ensuring maximum productivity for sector specific productions.

The V33i-5XB vertical machining center is designed for die/mold applications. It features a specially designed tilt-trunnion table with combined B- and C-axes to provide die/mold shops with a full 5-axis simultaneous milling answer for intricate 3-D shapes. The table provides the highest accuracies and repeatability available in the industry with less lost motion and higher stiffness and rigidity than comparative five-axis machines. The V33i-5XB provides one set-up access to complex, multiple-sided parts, reducing handling and costs.
