These burners provide close coupling of radiant heat sources for use in "line" arrangements where relatively "light" heating jobs are to be performed. Designed essentially for heating moving webs, line burners also find frequent application in ovens, as well as in heating stationary objects. The 500 Series is available in a variety of cup configurations to permit several self-piloting geometric arrangements. The small 200 Series and large 700 Series, however, are currently available for straightline use only.

The Eclipse Vortometric v2.00 is a dual-fuel, high intensity burner which operates at maximum efficiency whether firing fuel oils or natural, propane, butane, manufactured or other mixed gases.
The high combustion air swirl rate produced by the Vortometric burner results in a stable flame with high turndown capabilities on a wide range of fuels. The burner can be operated with low excess air where maximum efficiency is required or high excess air for high volume process air heating.
The intense and thorough mixing of the air and gas results in low NOx and CO emissions. The novel design of the oil atomizer uses shear forces and acoustical energy created by a "vortex generator" to vaporize the fuel for clean, smoke-free combustion.
Vortometric v2.00 burners are available with capacities of 6mmBtu/hr.to 210mmBtu/hr. Low combustion air pressure is used (7.5"w.c.)with all sizes and atomization of the fuel oil can be by steam, air, or any gaseous fuel.

Selas nozzle mix burners offer many advantages over typical flame-type burners. They are designed to thoroughly mix combustion air and fuel gas at the nozzle so that it can burn quickly and completely. Combustion occurs within the nozzle, so the heat exiting from the nozzle cup is uniform, stable and highly controlled. This rapid combustion creates a quick release heat, radiated from fully reacted gases that are closer to a theoretical flame temperature, but with no danger of flame impingement on the workpiece.
Selas nozzle mix burners are ideal for smaller furnaces. Since there is no chance of flame impingement, the distance from the burner to the workpiece is shorter. You'll also save money on fuel costs with Selas nozzle mix burners because they require less air to fuel combustion.

The Primefire 400 burner represents
an evolution in burner design. The Primefire 400 is designed to
significantly reduce fuel consumption
and NOx emissions over comparable
burners, while fitting into existing
control schemes.
The Primefire 400 burner achieves
these improved results by using a
form of gas pre-heating. By injecting
a small amount of oxygen into the
gas stream prior to the main combustion
process, the gas will actually
begin to "crack", releasing greater
amounts of carbon. This carbon,
which is consumed in the main combustion
process, increases the luminosity
of the flame. Since luminosity
has a tremendous impact on heat
transfer, the burner considerably
improves heat transfer and fuel
efficiency. Primefire Series 400 oxygen-fuel burners are available in four sizes with maximum capacities of 2MM, 4MM, 10MM and 20MM Btu/hr. All models are capable of 4:1 turndown and can be fired using natural gas or fuel oil.

OXY-THERM® burns any gaseous fuel or oil including low BTU off gases and waste oils. No other oxy industrial burner has as many installations or as much proven time in reliable production.
