NuAire’s Glacier -86˚C Ultralow Temperature Freezers
NuAire’s -86˚C Ultralow Freezer line gives laboratory professionals a safe, reliable freezer that they can depend on. Each freezer creates unmatched economical storage, providing the best value found in an ultralow freezer.
Our freezers use CFC-free foamed in-place urethane, closed-cell for thermal protection and structural strength and CFC/HFC-free refrigerants that are non-flammable, and the insulation system is able to withstand extremely low temperatures. Accuracy and reliability are assured with the controls provided: Alarm System, High / Low Temperature Alarm (+5°C to +20°C adjustable); Remote Alarm Dry Contact; Continuous Self Diagnostics (sensors abnormality), Battery Check (battery replacement recommended); Microprocessor Controls; Automated CO2 Back-up System; Filter Check (filter replacement recommended); Compressor Time Delay Adjustment 2 – 15 minutes; Temperature Zero and Remote Alarm Delay Adjustments. All of these features are displayed on the Eye Level Control Panel.
NuAire’s Freezers utilize a technologically advanced compressor for low power consumption, uniform temperature stability and minimal gasket frost buildup is achieved with the Halo Bypass Coil Frame Heater. Two access ports, one on the back side for CO2 back-up and one on the bottom of the freezer for recording (17mm diameter).
NuAire freezers are RoHS compliant and CFC/HFC-free, easy to maintain and less costly with a quiet 47 dba operation.

Ease of operation
The control unit may be attached anywhere on the front or rear of the refrigerator and features:
- digital display (LED) of actual and setpoint value

- test button for compressor overheating protection
The control electronics is designed so to prevent switching sparks that may cause an explosion. The working sensor as well as the safety sensor are protected against short-circuits and disconnection. In case of a disturbance, a complete shutdown is effected. The red alarm control light illuminates.

The PL (Premium Line) series represents excellence in very-low-temperature freezers for laboratory use.

Rapid freezers for Plasma on contact KPFF 24B Model and KPFF 48B Model
KW in addition to the -40°C liquid bath freezer, proposes an alternative solution, satisfying however the technical advice and the normative in place, on the freezing time of the plasma bags.
The adapted principal of thermal exchange, in this case, does not use a cold bath at -40°C, but -75/- 80 °C surfaces, with which the bags are in direct contact.
The plasma bags, to be frozen, are immersed, vertically, in wells in which the walls are at least –75°C -80°C. The geometry of the wells is conical, to simplify extraction and formation of the solid bag, without any impediment for the increase in volume which happens when there is a passing in state from liquid to solid.
Internal case, made of 6 or 12 wells in inox AISI 304 steel (AISI 316 on request) with BA polished finishing, with rounded corners for easy cleaning; the external structure is in glazed inox AISI 304 steel sheet; the insulation is in polyurethane CFC and HCFC free, expanded in situ, with density of 40 Kg./mc. and with a minimum mean width of 140 mm., including the door; the door is mounted on the hinges with ABS cover, auto balanced. Triple gasket (absolute retention guarantee against air entry) in silicon rubber with welded joints, warmed up by the refrigerant and of unlimited duration.

Arcticflow Easyclean Freezer
Overview
The Arcticflow Easyclean Tunnel Freezer is specially designed for freezing of small products, shrimps, fish fillets, hamburgers, fragile products, and products placed on trays.
The freezer arrives fully factory assembled at site and requires minimim amount of time for installation. The freezer is supplied with electrical hoist motors to lift the fully welded stainless steel insulated top cover for easy cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, compared to other freezing systems, the freezer does not require a concrete foundation or any other foundation.
The freezer is based on the energy saving high speed horizontal airflow called Arcticflow, which together with the ultra low temperature ensure a quick and homogenous freezing within a minimum of time. Thus ensuring a good quality finished product with an equalized temperature of min. -18° C.
The machine is equipped with programs for energy savings purposes.

The Grasso self-limiting Automatic Air Purger

Chillers of the ‚FL Series‘ - Environment-friendly and economic cooling
With the FL line JULABO presents the latest generation of chillers for routine cooling applications in laboratories and industry. 20 different models with cooling capacities from 1.7 kW up to 11 kW and numerous features offer the ideal solution for any application. The working temperature range covers –20°C to +40°C at a temperature stability of ±0.5°C. Four different pump types with flow rates of up to 60 l/min respectively and 6 bar pressure will meet any requirement. All units have an LED temperature display integrated into a splash water proof keypad for easy cleaning. An RS232 interface as well as an analog alarm output are located on the front panel and the lift-up cover placed on the top gives easy access to the filling port. An additional hinged tray serves as a compartment for the operating manual and other documents. The removable venting grid allows for easy cleaning of the condenser. All models include an easily visible level indicator. Models with a pump pressure of more than 1 bar additionally have a pressure gauge and feature a bypass to adjust the pump capacity. Venting slots are exclusively located on the front and back and allow placing the units directly next to each other.

Circulation chillers for professional use in research, technology and production at temperatures down to -30 °C
LAUDA circulation chillers of the WK class are used wherever process heat must be extracted quickly and reliably during chemical production processes or from technical equipment. The compact LAUDA WKL high-performance coolers are designed for temperatures down to -30 °C.
Fields of application: analytical devices such as electron microscopes, X-ray equipment, refractometers, distilling systems and AAS equipment · rotary evaporators and Soxhlet evaporators · vacuum technology · X-ray control systems, such as at airports, and semi-conductor systems · supply of cooling traps, e.g. for drying gases · central coolant supply for complete laboratories
Compared to cooling using mains water, the LAUDA circulation chillers of the WK class offer a consistent temperature, independent of the season and pressure fluctuations. A cooling temperature of down to -30 °C can be reached, this is not possible with mains water. And all that at ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. Saving water further protects the environment and reduces operating costs.
The circulation chillers of the WK class are available with different cooling and pump outputs as well as futher options like the RS 232/485 interface and various accessory parts.
The difference between circulation chillers of the WKL-class to the WKclass is that they also cover the temperature range below 0 °C. The powerful WKL 1200 to WKL 10000 W circulation chillers can reach temperatures down to -30 °C without any problems, and can be used e.g. for recondensation of solvent recycling or for cold traps.
