The Master pneumatic is an fit for the realisation of plastic bags fromplain or single-fold foil reels. It was constructed to satisfy all operating convenience, versatility, solidity and reliability requirements, especially in case of small and medium production capacities. The following operations are fully automatic: the vertical sealing of the tubular as well as the horizontal closing of the bag bottom; the bag sliding as well as the length control; the bag top cutting and horizontal sealing. The sequential execution of the operations is controlled by a PLC, the functions of it can be modified directly by the keyboard. The PLC programming
foresees an input for the control of a weighing system. The operation speed of the is of 10 bags/min. (according with product). The machine may work with polyethylene from 30 to 80 microns thickness as well as with coextrusion foils from 35 to 40 microns.

Scope of use
Packing loose and powdered materials like: tea, beans and ground coffee, grits, rice, candies, raisins and nuts, chemical granulated products, flour, sugar, buttons, nuts etc. into sealable materials. Additionally they are used for packing liquid and semi-liquid products, such as: milk, ketchup, mayonnaise, mineral water, etc.
There are two versions of the device; packages can be sealed by permanently heating jaws with adjustable temperature (laminates) or resistance tape by impulses with adjustable power flow time (PE).
Packaging material
Polyethylene foil, polypropylene, multi-layer laminates, polyethylene covered paper and other thermo-sealable materials.
Operation principle
Foil is unfolded off the bobbin drum and moves through feeding rolls towards the forming pipe (so-called tube). Here the foil is welded into a sleeve and the date is printed. Then the foil is moved by rubber driving belts to any fixed distance or by a stroke reflecting the graphic sign printed on the foil. Fixed amount of the product is then batched to the formed sleeve in a fixed time. Filled pouch is closed with a lateral weld, cut off and it slides down along a special skid or moves towards a stacking channel.

Station 1 : The bag comes fully of the products from the vertical ffs integrated with the line, bag with the top side open (not welded), the system keeps the bag on stand up position and progresses through a line with cups
Station 2 : a cold jaws takes the top of the bag and shake it in order to adjust the product inside the bag
Station 3 : A device such the air inside the bag then seal the top side of the bag
Station 4 : a rotating double-head performs the double folding of the top of the bag already welded
Station 5 : label applicator to apply a reclosable label on the top side of the bag, keeping the double fold top seal close to the bag
