Vertical cartoner ASV resolves all those demands of cartoning of single or multiple products also with irregular form, considering the eventuality of frequent size changeover.
ASV can work pre-glued cartons with tuck-in flaps closure with aeroplane or alternate flaps, with "hot-melt" closure or mixed (inferior to glue, superior to tuck-in) and according to the demands of production can work with continuous or intermittent motions.

Vertical motion cartoning
The Promatic Bipac vertical cartoning machine is versatile, flexible and reliable. Depending on the cartoning application, the machine can be used in continuous or intermittent mode by means of a simple selection on the control panel.
The standard Bipak model is semi-automatic. The modular structure allows for a wide range of formats and speeds.
Forming cycle
a) the flat cardboard is taken from the magazine and placed in the U-shape bucket with thw lateral side open, on the conveyor;
b) the pre-stacked product is arranged into single layers and inserted sideways into the box. The insertion of the product from this side enables the use of a container whose dimensions are equal to those of the product to be bundled. Accuracy in packaging results is guaranteed even with delicate products;
c) the box can even be presented partially erected, the insertion of the products is made by means of a pick & place unit;
d) at next station the top lid is closed by gluing it.
The FRW machines run step-by-step, making use of different stations, whose number varies according to the customers requests.
