The T 500 and T 550 are fully automatic, multi-track traysealers for high capacity
requirements. These machines are ideal for packaging food items, technical products, consumer goods and sterile medical products.
Equipped with a gripper chain which guides the upper web in the sealing area, the T 550 is especially well suited for use with thin and shrink films.

FP 1402
FOODPACK 1402, a fully automatic high production tray sealer, available in both versions for sealing and MAP packaging.

Meypack Series PT
The PT...series sack closing machines from MEYPACK offer a modular system for hermetically sealed closures on paper sacks with plastic inner liners or coatings. The PT-closure is a triple seal available in standard format or with an easy open feature.
With the traditional Standard closure (PT) the multi-layer outer is stitched, a heat sealed tape is applied over the stitch line and the PE inner liner is hermetically sealed. The tape prevents the ingress of insects and other forms of contamination.
With the easy open closure (PT-SOT, stitch over tape), the inner liner is hermetically sealed by heat and a crepe tape is applied over the sack top and stitched in position. The stitching can easily be removed by hand without the use of tools and without damage to the seal.
Dual machines offer the choice of standard or easy open closure on one machine frame. The unit is equipped with two sewing heads and two tape applicators, with one of each mounted at the infeed and discharge of the machine. Changing from one closure type to the other involves a simple adjustment and can be completed in a few minutes.

Designed to close empty and full containers of a cylindrical shape in aluminium, tin plate, cardboard and plastic.
Machine with rotating can with high production capacity motorised plates, allowing guarantee of hygiene, reliability and constant seaming pressure. The new lubrication device keeps maintenance intervals to a minimum. Composed of two separate systems: the first is a closed circuit oil system to prevent lubricant spillage complete with a condensate elimination system.
The second is a grease system which is also centralised and automatic. These seamers are constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with the exception of the upper head (which is an oil bath), being manufactured in carbon steel. This guarantees maximum resistance to component corrosion and contamination of the recovered product.
They are complete with safety protection guards, as required by regulations, the external guards allowing for product recovery inside the machine for transfer to a manifold. The watertight rollers permit pressurised cleaning of the seaming zone without ingress of liquid. The noise level does not exceed the value of 85 DbA as required by regulations. During the working phase, it is possible to exclude the second operation rollers in order to accurately control the first operation. Operational speed variation is obtained by means of electrical supply.

The PRESS-ON CAPPER is a linear machine used for caps applied on the bottle by pressure. It includes:
- Cap hopper
- Canal chute
- Placing system of cap on the neck
- Device to snap the cap on the neck
- Specific systems to sterilize the caps in order to avoid the contact of contaminating agents present on the cap with the bottle neck
The bottle takes the cap directly from the canal chute.
The snapping of the cap on the bottle neck is carried out through the pressure developed by a belt conveyor, provided with a system to adjust the force in order not to stress the bottle.

Macofar Intermittent Motion Capping Machine
The CSP 6 is an intermittent motion capping machine. The vials infeed and outfeed at the Macofar automatic capping machine is done by a conveyor belt in polyurethane. That guarantees a correct transport of any vial according the table on the left.
The vial position fixing during the closing is assured by self centering grippers.

Automatic capper with automatic cap feeding.
The inline configuration does not require any turning star wheel for the bottles, thus making the equipment particularly flexible and adaptable to different bottle sizes. In this way the bottle changeover costs are reduced while guaranteeing the automation of the closing system and the achievement of a high production speed.

- Middle-sized to high productions (production will be proportional to the chosen configuration);
- handling very diversified bottle sizes with no additional costs; ideal also for the automatic capping of jerry cans./tanks;

The Ro Capper basic configuration is provided with the following modules
