IMB RW 08 ULTRASONIC, have been projected and built keeping in mind of the various typologies of feeding you roll that are set in the cycles of job.
The versatility of this machine allows him to be set in direct exit to the checker as unity of line to different Checkers or fed by tables of accumulation in automatic.
The machine is managed by PLC and it is able to manage the introduction and clearing you roll in various stations of unloading.

Vacuumpack RS20
Vacuumpack RS20 is a reel-fed modular line for packaging a wide variety of products under vacuum or in modified atmosphere with gas flushing, at an operational speed of 40-45 ppm.
A truly multi-size machine, ideal for making hard or soft paket shape bags, with or without Aroma System degassing valve. Its unique bag forming unit guarantees perfect tightness without any leaks: an excellent solution for packaging products that require a high degree of protection like coffee, yeast or baby food, without decreasing the high quality of the bags presentation.
Like all ICA machines, the bag top may be treated in various ways: simple or double fold, half moon profile for easy opening, reclosing adhesive tape or labels, tin-tie and Aroma System degassing valve.
The packaging machine may be synchronised with the most modern filling systems and controlled by an advanced electronic system and PLC.

The AS is an automatic stickpack packaging machine with continuous and intermittent motion to package stickpacks sealed on 4 sides. The AS machines are equipped with a PLC and control display to constantly monitor functions and parameters, with the possibility to diagnose alarms and anomalies. The balcony configuration, with the use of exclusive materials such as anodized aluminium and stainless steel, easy cleaning, and high versatility for format change are all technical features that make the machine compliant with GMP and FDA standards. The movement of the AS machines is controlled by a brushless servo-motor which allows a wide range of stickpack length and machine speed, while maintaining high precision in the formation and centring of the stickpack. Depending on the characteristics of the products to be packaged, the AS machine is used in various sectors of goods, such as foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, thus fully satisfying market needs.

BAHMUELLER's fully automated POWER PACKER, capable of converting straight line, partition, crash-lock, as well as 4 and 6 corner boxes. You benefit from 100% count accuracy and optimum output performance, and reduced risk of operator injury.
The box stream is separated and alternatively is under or over stacked. A robot system with a 4 axis operational arm manipulates the batches by +90° or -90° and places them in a bundle forming device. Bundles can be strapped or can be delivered to the palletizing area without straps, depending on box and bundle style.
Virtually every box style produced on a Specialty Folder Gluer can be handled on the POWER PACKER. For special jobs the Packer can be offset in order to place the batches in the bundling system by hand. The packer layout allows product delivery in-line, discharge to the right or to the left, or against production flow direction.

Pearson Packaging Systems' VP15-T VersaPack® Hand Packing System is the perfect solution for all of your hand packing operations. Consisting of a case erector, an ergonomically-designed conveyor and hand packing station as well as case sealer, the VP15-T is a rugged, compact and user-friendly system, which is designed to run at speeds up to 15 cases per minute.
Designed to Perform
Pearson's VP15-T VersaPack® Hand Packing System puts Pearson' s years of case erecting, case packing, and case sealing experience all into an affordable and compact design. Cases are formed on demand in an upright position and are bottom closed with tape. Empty cases are advanced to the hand pack station where product is conveyed and accumulates for the machine operator. The hand pack station is ergonomically designed with product at a comfortable height and distance from the case, minimizing operator movement. Once the case is full, the operator passes their finger across a sensor, releasing the case to the case sealer. The case sealer top seals it with pressure sensitive tape. This innovative design is fitted with externally accessible adjustment points, which ensures quick and easy changeovers.
