PadPak Cushioning System
PadPak® is a versatile product that can accommodate most packaging needs and applications such as cushioning, wrapping and blocking and bracing.
PadPak converters create cushioning pads from single or multi-ply kraft paper. Inside the converter, the paper layers are crimped together, trapping air inside the layers to form a cushioning pad. PadPak converters vary in size and configuration to accommodate any packaging environment or application. PadPak is created through the PadPak® AutoPad® , PadPak Jr.® , PadPak® Pad-N-Pak® Workstation or PadPak LCTM converters.

Epsilon™ is a cost effective system producing flexible, shock absorbing void fill and protective cushions from 300m rolls of single ply, 100% recycled paper. It generates a high bulk pack using the minimum amount of material.

FLO-PAK loosefill is made of 100% recycled polystyrene. Its lightweight figure-eight shapes flow for perfect protection and quick packing. Eco Flo is made from starch and is odourless, dust free and around half the weight of other starch based loosefill. You could be forgiven for thinking that Eco Flo resembles polystyrene except that Eco Flo is biodegradable, compostable, reusable/disposable, renewable and repulpable. Eco Flo packs and performs in a similar way to GreenFill and is suitable for all void fill applications.
