The Pouchpack is an automatic pouch handling system. The 4 station rotary
head utilizes a heavy duty Camco indexer for optimum production and operator
performance. A specific and unique task is accomplished at each station:
(1) pouch setup from magazine (2) label, RFID, or bar code application (3) manual or automatic product filling and (4) sealing with optional date coding, gas flushing, or vacuum sealing.

Meypack Series S-CH/S

The heat sealer is designed to produce heated crimp seals for flexible packaging materials. Compacta EMS

Bosch's Doboy line of medical grade sealers assure consistent and reliable heat sealing of sterile medical products. All Doboy medical sealers are validatable and feature process control for all machine functions; including dwell time, temperature, sealing pressure, high product detection, breakage alarms, and seal quality checking. All machines have calibratable instruments and also feature PLC based data collection and system control.
Medical Grade Sealers are designed for sealing pouches or bags containing sterile or disposable instruments that are subsequently sterilized after being packaged. These products include disposable surgical devices or kits, I. V. bags, medical draping, bandages, and gauze, etc. Sterilization processes include gas, steam, or irradiation. Packaging materials vary from poly (for dust covers for bulk shipment) to Tyvek™/ Mylar™ sterile pouches. The chamber shrink wrapping machine is an all in one shrink wrap solution for presentation quality wrapping. It is the lowest cost method of producing a presentation quality shrink wrap.

The Compatta CP2N is a Packaging machine for shrinking film(Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC). Extremely solid and reliable, it has a sealing armactioned automatically.
