Filtermist collectors are low-cost, highly efficient units. These easy-to-install accessories operate under the principle of centrifugal impaction. A rotating drum draws air and mist droplets into the collector. The mist particles are coalesced into liquid which is drained back to the coolant tank. Clean, oil-free air is returned to the shop.

The Electric H2O Centrifugal Separator uses centrifugal force to separate suspended particles from the water. Concentrated particles are forced along the separator wall, traveling downward to the collection chamber, while the clean fluid is forced to change direction by the redirection plate. The vortex breaker allows the particles to settle in the collection chamber. Particles concentrated in the collection chamber are periodically purged or continuously bled from the separator as required by each application. Our Separator will remove 98% of particles greater than 40 microns and with a specific gravity of 1.8 or greater.

Disk stack centrifuges with self cleaning bowl are used for clarifying and 3-phase separation of liquid-solid suspensions. Clarifying means to separate suspended solids from liquids (2 phases). 3-phase separation means to separate two inmiscible liquids including separating solids simultaneously.
FLOTTWEG's new developments are the disk stack centrifuges of the AC series. They are equipped with the SoftShot discharge system and feature especially exact partial discharge and smooth run.
FLOTTWEG's product range for disk stack centrifuges comprises several sizes and covers throughput capacities from below 1 m³/h up
to 85 m³/h.
Typical applications:
Beverage industry, food industry, chemistry/pharmacy, animal/vegetal fats and oils, mineral oil, etc.

ZM basket centrifuge
This model is an easy-to-handle, robust construction with manual removal and discharge of the sludge basket. In one cycle, up to 14 litres of sludge (19 kg) can be separated.
ZA automatic peeling centrifuge
The PLC controlled ZA cleans up to 2000 litres of mass finishing process water per hour. The sludge separated in the rotating drum is fully automatic scraped into a sludge container.

ADF Series defoaming equipment , adopt the centrifugal power to break the foam during the fermentative process ,separate the liquid and the gas, the foam-liquid separated can be back to the fermented tank, reduce the lose of escaped-liquid. It can be more efficiently reduce the lost of fermented-liquid under the condition of big ventilation when combined with the exhaust condenser system.
The foam comes into the rotor , and be broken by high Shear power ,the liquid released from the foam falls to the wall by centrifugal power ,and be compressed as the liquid- flow, some of the liquid flow back to the fermented tank, some flow back to eddy shell collector ,and back to the fermented tank through the pipe finally.
ADF is applicated for defoaming during various type of fermentative process .Such as , fermentative process of antibiotics , fermentative process of amino acid organic, fermentative process of Yeast raise, fermentative process of vinegar. It’s feature as following:
1.Do not use or rarely use of chemical defoamer, eliminated the harm of chemical defoamer to the fermentation and the downriver separation.
2.Improve the coefficient of liquid-loading and the stability of biochemical reactions, reduce the escaped liquid
3.Reducing the time of Microbial staying in the foam, improve the efficiency of biochemical reactions

The automatically draining centrifugal separators of the A series achieve optimum filter fineness even with a high quantity of sludge. Up to 50 kg per hour can be discharged, depending on the type of sludge. The separated sludge has lower residual moisture.

Centrifuge Cloths
These continuous filters use centrifugal force in a similar way as in a drum centrifuge. But in this case the wall of the centrifuge is a filter media that allows the filtrate to pass through while leaving the solids on the surface. These solids can be washed and then removed continuously by a unloader knife and discharged out the bottom of the device.
Menardi is able to supply centrifuge cloths to retro-fit all standard designs of centrifuge filters. All cloths are laser cut from computerized pattern designs to ensure precision and repeatability.

High Sludge Volume Separator
The Turbo T40 picks up where the T18 leaves off by doubling the solids capacity- to almost 2 gallons per cycle. The T40 includes proprietary nozzles that allow solids dewatering at high speeds.
A geared scraper drive for solids discharge ensures long term reliability. And custom engineered scraper blades means we can match scraper performance to the type of solids- whether the solids compact hard like glass, or form a sticky paste like certain paint solids.
Typical Applications
- Metal Cutting and Grinding
- Ceramic and Glass Grinding
- Paint Booth Water Curtains
- Waste Oil Clarification
- Zinc and Iron Phosphate Baths
- Vibratory and Tumbling Wastes
Features and Benefits
- High Bowl Speed for Maximum Separation Efficiency
- Uses No Consumable Media
- High Speed Dewatering Reduces Solids Disposal Volumes
|
|
Monitoring:
- protective motor switch
- "KLIXON" thermal protection in centrifuge drive
- sensor-monitored sludge cover
- heating protection for hydro-clutch
- vibration monitoring
- speed/scrape-out monitoring

The NZ-50 centrifugal separator is suitable for tasks involving low volume flows and solid quantities. Sludge is drained manually.
The compact design allows easy integration in production systems, for example on machining centres.
Thanks to special materials, use in aggressive media (90° C, pH 1-14) is also possible.
Application: Fine cleaning of coolant lubricant emulsions and oils, surface treatment baths, washing or vibratory grinding fluids, etc.

Liquid line and suction line filter-driers are often referred to as System Protectors because they remove harmful elements from the circulating refrigerant before serious damage results.
Keeping the system clean and free of foreign contaminants that can restrict the operation of valves, block capillary tubes or damage compressors is the best way to assure trouble-free operation. These contaminants can be solids, such as metal filings, flux, dust and dirt. Other equally menacing contaminants are solubles, such as acid, water, resins and wax.
No matter how many precautions are taken during assembly and installation or servicing of a system, contaminants can find a way into the system. Filter-driers are designed to protect a system during operation. It is the function of this all-important unit to remove those residual elements that can attack and eventually destroy the system components.
