- Compatibility with the generators thanks to controller PFC
- Long primary education cables (70 m - section of 2,5 mm2)
- Starting, Hot Start, Anti-joining Excel
- Welding of all types of electrodes (except cellulose)
A reduced consumption
- Functions on a catch domesticates (fusible of 16 A)
- All the models have a standard catch
A better ergonomics
- Reduction of the noise: "intelligent ventilator"
- Arch... to facilitate lifting
- Arch... to roll up the cables of welding

Quick. Controlled. Quality.
With full digital technology the GB2-350 offers improved stable arc starts and reduced spatter generation. More uniformed balls at the end of the welding wire make for highly repeatable welds and quick, more predictable starts every time.
Digital technology also means bettering the wire feeder. Wire feed speed can be maintained even if input voltage fluctuates.
Additionally, the GB2 delivers quality welds across several material types. It excels in maintaining stable arc control at low voltages - excellent for your thin gauge welding applications. And high performed welding data means improved stainless steel applications as well.

Designed specifically for the insulation industry
The Pin Welders robust and reliable design has performed efficiently and reliably for many years under the stress of on-site and workshop conditions.
The unique chuck guard design has the following advantages:
1. No adjustment necessary for different length pins.
2. Protects chuck from zinc splashing during welding, therefore increasing the life of the chuck.
3. Because of the self-tightening effect between the chuck and the chuck guard, arcing between the chuck and the pin is eliminated therefore guaranteeing more consistent welding results

Metal Inert Gas welding and Metal Active Gas welding are the most widely used welding processes in the world today. The range of possible uses is especially wide in the case of the versatile MAG process, which is suitable for unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy base metals. This makes it ideal for use in both the production field and for repair welding. The MIG process, on the other hand, is used for aluminium and copper materials.
All in all, then, a highly versatile welding process.

Cold Metal Transfer (CMT), a new chapter in the history of welding. The TPS 5000 CMT is a fully digital micro-processor controlled inverter welding system that supports the Fronius CMT process. Besides MIG/MAG, the system is also suitable for TIG and electrode welding.
The innovation that the CMT process introduces is that wire feeding is integrated into process control. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of heat applied; and that means no spatter on the work piece join.
The TransPuls Synergic 5000 CMT with 500 A is ideal for applications in the automotive and automotive supplies industry, avionics and spaceflight, metal working and portal building. In fact, the system is suitable for any automated or robot assisted job. The typical fields of application are thin and ultra-thin sheet joins of 0.3 mm or more, MIG soldering of galvanized sheet metal, and steel/aluminum joints.
