The new regulations about the emission of chlorinated solvent have taken to develop these new CK vacuum machines serie that works with hydrocarbon solvent without any problem of external emission.
These solvents are biodegradable and nontoxic for aquatic life. They have no harmful effect on the ozone layer they have a low vapour pressure. The disposal of distillation waste is qualified as special waste and not as toxic/harmful.
The system is formed in monobloc by a single horizontal cylindrical cleaning chamber with a longitudinal axis rotary structure located on the inside , 1 or 2 solvent’s tank and one vacuum solvent’s distiller. The rotary structure, inside the cleaning chamber, has a frontal disc with an aperture to allow baskets loading and unloading, and it is usually supported as an overhang by its own transmission shaft. The rotary movement is transferred to the structure by means of a motorised transfer box which is powered by a shaft connected to the structure by the rear disc. The machine allow the following operative choices:
• without rotation
• basculating
• slow rotation
• mixed rotation
On the machine there is olso a vacuum solvent distiller that have 2 main functions:
• Allows to have a closed circuit equipment
• Allows to clean or rinse with fresh solvent |

| Mac-Dry solvent systems perform the washing cycle inside a sealed chamber, into which one or most baskets have been previously introduced containing the parts to be treated. When the cycle is started, once the door has been closed, a first pre-washing bath is performed lasting 1 minute, in hot solvent (temperature between 45°C and 80 °C depending on the type of solvent and type of pollutant), sprayed by means of high-pressure jets directly on the parts. The solvent of this first bath, which now contains 90% of the contaminants in solution, is then conveyed to the distiller incorporated in the system, which fully regenerates the liquid for subsequent re-utilisation. |

Sprymaster plants are washing booths provided with fixed or rotating internal platform for spray washing with a water-based detergent.
Operation is clean, odourless and fully isolated from the surrounding environment. The spraying chamber is closed by a front door driven by one or two pneumatic cylinder(s) or a motor reducer and racks. The ducts of the spraying nozzle network are oriented in the washing chamber.
The jet configuration has been arranged in such a way as to cover the surface of the items being treated through a procedure which includes chemical, mechanical and thermal functions. |

| Magnus' sister company, Power Sonics, provides the ultrasonics for Magnus immersion agitation tanks. The ultrasonics cavitation distributes a very intense mechanical energy to reduce cleaning time and clean some soils that immersion agitation alone will not remove. Our ultrasonic application involves more than placing some transducers in a tank. Magnus uses the expertise of Power Sonics to integrate the ultrasonics and insure it is the right application for the situation. Ultrasonic tanks may employ a sequence of alternating immersion agitation and ultrasonics to provide the optimum cleaning. Power Sonics Ultrasonics is available integrated into Magnus immersion agitation systems as well as custom mono-rail or in line systems. |

The units of the "Compact U.S." or "Special U.S." series are made up of washing tubs supplied with one or more electrostrictive transducers.
Their operating principle consists in propagating vibrations through the liquid at a variable frequency, that can generate high-pressure and lowpressure waves, resulting in the cavitation of the liquid.
Cavitation produces vapour bubbles that implode and thus hit the walls of the component being treated an infinite number of times. This reduced but diffuse force helps detaching the dry dirt. All reservoirs are constructed in stainless steel and are doubleskinned with thermal insulation.
The construction of multiple stage systems in semiautomatic and automatic versions may be achieved by aligning the single units according to the treatment which the mechanical pieces must undergo. |

The final operation in the process of precision surfacing with abrasive media is cleaning, and Lapmaster Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems offer performance second to none.
Ultrasonic cleaning is faster, more thorough, and safer than any other method. Scrubbing, soaking and steam don't even come close. Lapmaster Ultrasonic Cleaners are powerful enough to remove heavy oils, waxes or slurries, yet gentle enough to clean tiny, precision assemblies.
Ultrasonic sound waves moving through a cleaning solution create an effect called cavitation: the rapid formation and implosion of microscopic bubbles. Heat enhances the process. The deep cleaning action of ultrasonics removes even the most stubborn dirt and contaminants.
There are many models available, from stand alone benchtop systems with capacities of 1/2 gallon up to 13 gallons to larger floor standing production systems with multi-tank automated processing capabilities. Lapmaster also offers a complete line of companion cleaning agents and equipment accessories.
Let the Lapmaster Applications Lab process a sample of your components. Our technical staff will select the most cost-effective approach to lap, polish and clean your components. |

Continuous in-line flow RADIAL systems are ideal for applications such as in-line continuous product cleaning of wire, strip, rod, tube and bar material. These systems clean, rinse and dry at speeds up to many hundreds of feet per minute in mild aqueous solutions. Cleaning is achieved by passing product through exclusive Power Sonics RADIAL 360 degree transducers. Cavitation levels are 10 times, or more, as great at the same power input as convention flat type transducers. Floor space is optimized since systems are generally integrally mounted on their own bedplate base, also simplifying installation.

Power Sonics has several exclusive individual portable ultrasonic generators to significantly improve quality, reliability and performance of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and power our line of transducers.
GM Generator is a completely redesigned generator featuring IGBT technology and has a unique load compensating circuit that is particularly effective in gaseous solutions. A replaceable and cleanable filter is included over the air-cooling fan. The GM replaces the GL generator and provides the same improved cavitation and uniformity under less than ideal operating conditions. These generators power both the Type IP immersible transducers and the CT Type tanks (Transducerized Console Tanks). |
