The hydrokinetic washers exploit the mechanical action of the liquid (usually water and detergent or water-based solvent), moved at high pressure and flow-rate inside a washing chamber that includes a rotating drum holder.
Typical applications include the treatment of considerable amounts of turned items, inserted in large professional drums, although other pieces, also of large size, can be directly placed inside them.
The combined action of the moved liquid and the rotation of the pieces around their axis facilitates the removal of oily residues, and especially of all process residues.
The washing cycle is based on a spray phase and an immersion phase, during which the detergent solution is shaken vigorously. This combines the chemical action of the degreaser with the mechanical action of the jets.
This procedure may be followed by a rinsing phase and by air or air-vacuum drying. |

Aqueous products range from our Bransonic® line of tabletop cleaners to our sophisticated Benchmark cleaning professional consoles for the semiconductor and disk drive industries. Between are many choices in pre-configured units and modular cleaning lines to meet the most demanding production requirements. Typical applications include particulate removal, defluxing, and many others. Deionizers, coalescers, and other professional water treatment and waste water treatment support modules are available.
New aqueous cleaning methods have refined industrial cleaning and provide effective, environmentally-friendly results. Water is the most common cleaning fluid and, invariably, systems using aqueous-based solutions are safe to handle, have low operating costs, and are effective over a wide range of applications. In addition to being environmentally friendly, there are a number of other benefits to utilizing a water based system. These include factors like:
Literally thousands of chemistry choices
Effective on a wide variety of soils
Low Volatile Organic Compound content
Compatible with most materials of construction
Low operating costs when used with recycling equipment

Ultrasonic cleaning is a result of high frequency sound waves introduced into a cleaning liquid by means of a series of "transducers" mounted to the industrial cleaning tank. The sound travels throughout the professional tank and creates waves of compression and expansion in the liquid. In the compression wave, the molecules of the cleaning liquid are tightly compressed together. Conversely, in the expansion wave, the molecules are rapidly pulled apart. The expansion is so dramatic that the molecules are ripped apart, creating microscopic bubbles.
The bubbles are not seen by the naked eye since they are so small and exist for only a split second of time. The bubbles contain a partial vacuum while they exist. As the pressure around the bubbles becomes greater, the fluid around the bubble rushes in, collapsing the bubble very rapidly. This violent collapse, combined with the liquid jets' velocity, provides a very intense cleaning/scrubbing action in a small area. This scrubbing action exists throughout the cleaning bath. When utilizing professional detergents designed for aspecific application, a synergistic cleaning action is produced. |

Use the ultrasonic cleaner effectively!
Even the smallest ultrasonic tank has a good washing effect. The liquid volume in the tank should be at least three times the weight of the work pieces.
Detergent reduces surface tension in water thus intensifying ultrasonic cavitation. Detergent also dissolves and binds in liquid the dirt which has been loosened by ultrasonics. Only a few per cent of detergent is needed.
Heating the wash liquid intensifies the cleaning process significantly.
Ultrasonic cleaning is fast. Typical cleaning times vary from 30 s to 5 min. |

The rinsing machines of the FM97 series are manufactured with material and state of the art technical solutions In particular their look is very refined from an esthetical point of view, since the chassis forms an integral body without edges, fully built in polished stainless steel with wide transparent surfaces. This not only gives the machines a modern aspect, but also makes it clean and practical.
The wide transparent panels are made of high impact and high resistance plastic material. The panels on the front and back side of the machine can be opened to make the cleaning and maintenance operations easier and are equipped with sensors stopping the machine in case of accidental opening.
This solution was chosen to avoid any accident to the personnel caused by rotating parts and movement gears while the machine is working in automatic mode. |

Cleaning wringer for continuous separation and cleaning of cooling lubricants and washing fluids.
The liquid to be cleaned is supplied by a connection in the centre of the cover and reaches the bottom of the application vessel through a conducting cone. By accelerating the liquid, the sedimentation movement is immediately initiated for separating all specifically heavy solid impurities such as grinding and turning chips. The cleaned liquid rises upward and is conducted away via a skimming pipe. Due to the high-speed acceleration, the cleaned liquid rises up to 3 metres through the skimming pipe. The solid material in the application vessel is manually lifted out.
The RZ 400 is specially designed for separating non-emulsified oil from cooling lubricant emulsions or saturated washing fluids. This is a problem, for example, with hydraulically controlled automated machines and processing centres or washing systems. In this case, the two liquid phases are separated and the heavier solid material is collected in the application vessel. The liquid phases are carried out without pressure and have to be collected in a professional tank. The solid material in the application vessel is manually lifted out. |

Gleaning Machine PSM The high-performance PSM Clean machine - now available with recirculating air sifter - for coffee, cocoa, nuts and pulses. Machines with a throughput of 5-60t/h can be supplied.
The machine comprises a completely enclosed dust- proof sieve box. The two industrial sieves, for coarse and fine separation, are fitted with rubber sieve cleaning elements. The professional drawer construction of the sieves enables them to be replaced easily. The low-energy eccentric drive develops an extremely quiet and highly effective rotary action which can be continuously adjusted up to 30 mm.
In the newly designed recirculating air sifter, dust and lightw'eight material is cleanly separated from the product and discharged through a cyclone. Up to 80-85% of the clean air is returned to the sifter through specially shaped trunking. The remaining air is passed to the filter assembly. It has been possible to reduce the size of the professional filters and thus save energy |
