The modular self anti-bridging dosing units allow you to dose all kind of bulk products — continuously or discontinuously —– even those considered as difficult.
The interchangeability of the elements that make up these dosers enables them to cover a wide range of large flows and upgradable storage capacities from 50 to 500 litres, according to the requirements.
As a result of a conception that takes into account from the beginning of the process the user requirements, these dosers are simple, modular and reliable. Furthermore, as they are easy to assemble, they are easy to clean when changing products.
These self anti-bridging dosers can be fitted out with a weighing dosing controller. With this element you can obtain a dosing accuracy of ± 0.5%.
These dosing units are specially adapted to products like: flours, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, plaster, kaolin, carbonate, silica.

Dispensing head for highly viscous media
The dispensing head is the essential part of every dispensing machine. It distinguishes itself by its highly precise, digitally controlled gear wheel pump, which is controlled by the DATRON iServo motor. A DATRON dispensing head is well suited for dispensing all conventional 1C materials, such as silicones and MS polymers in the viscosity range of 100,000 - 1,000,000 mPas. With the special pump design, filled abrasive media can also be optimally dispensed, up to a grit size of 50 µm. The digitally controlled iServo motor is able to position the gear wheel pump to a precision of 1 / 40 000 turn. This allows the smallest amounts to be dispensed in a process-sure way. Non-linear flow properties of the material can be compensated with the software.

Optimum cartridges are made of a new polymer that provides exceptional clarity, chemical compatibility, impact strength and dimensional stability. The proprietary Zero Draft™ design ensures that the internal diameter is consistent from top to bottom, with no taper to restrict piston travel and affect process results.
Cartridge pistons are molded to exacting specifications so that they mate perfectly with cartridge walls. Their consistent dimensions and fit prevent blow-by and leakage during filling and storage, and precision wiper edges eliminate waste as fluid is dispensed to reduce production costs.
New, see-through cartridge retainers (an industry first) permit easy visual confirmation of fluid levels. Retainer caps feature a large ergonomic gripping surface, a convenient push-in air line connector, and locking tabs that snap into place with an audible click to confirm proper installation.

Fine dosing short-cut feeder is a good and economical solution for conditioning applications, when reduction of dosing time dosing is a must.
These feeders are controlled with motor rpm and outlet section of extractor. For batch process MCPI’s “Short-cut system” is a mechatronic solution which ensures a perfect control of the extractor movement with repeatability below 3/100 sec, to ensure quick and accurate feeding.
The very small overshoot value of these feeders, associated with a sharp control of extractor movement, are the main points to explain the so high level of performances in terms of dosing time and accuracy.
With the different versions of the range, all specific requirements get answers: With Fine dosing short-cut feeder it possible to reach very short dosing time (from 0.2 sec) and feeding quantities from 0.1 gram to many kilo grams.
Design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.

The device DDS 400 is a mechanical silo discharge and metering unit for powders stored in silo. It can be installed below any silo fitted with a 60° constant angle conical outlet.
The storage volume can be over 300 m3.
It caters for throughput from a few l/h up to 15 m3/h according to the product.

The DHVP has been designed for products that can be dosed neither by pumps (because they are not liquid enough) nor by standard dry products dosers (because they are too wet): matter blocks, cold fats, filter press cakes.
For your blocky products or in portions, this doser will guarantee a constant and accurate flow without having to break clods.
Operating principle
Three horizontal solid screws drive the fat into the pump and three vertical screws load these horizontal screws.
The latter feeds the fat into an eccentric helicoidal gear pump.
The fat, that has entered the system en bloc, flows out of the doser continuously, with an excellent dosing accuracy, since the pump is feeded constantly.
