The Vibratory Disc Mill RS 200 is suitable for the extremely quick, loss-free and reproducible grinding of medium-hard, hard, brittle and fibrous materials to analytical fineness.

All ingor sand mills are efficient ultra micro wet grinding and dispersing machines being widely used for producing: coating, dyestuff, paint, ink, medicine, magnetic powder, sensitive film, pesticide, cosmetics, paper making and so on. "M" SERIES SHREDDERS
Alongside the traditional 4-shafts equipped shredders, I.S.V.E. proposes a series of single-shaft equipped shredders with pusher-drawer.
These machines are purposely studied to shred thick materials and highly resistant to cut such as plastic blocks and sheets, various types of timber, paper, extruded polymer pipes, etc.
Operation drawings:
A pusher-drawer with hydraulic drive pushes the material towards a tools-holder roller which carries out the first breaking and thanks to its rotation and to the COUNTER-BLADE action makes a first breaking and the shredding of the product.
The product passes through a drilled screen, which allows establishing the final sizes of the material. |

As a reaction to the increasing, worldwide requirements of the good manufacturing practice (GMP), NARA improves its pharmaceutical mill, SCM (Super Clean Mill) continually. It is based on the principle of a conventional pin mill (impact type pulverizer), which suits the requirements of GMP in the pharmaceutical and the foodstuffs industry.
The next generation mill, NARAs New SCM, is characterised by disk-structured components, which are positioned on bars. By the release of handwheels only, the complete assembly can be dismantled easily and by one person. The low heat increase during milling as well as the easy adjustment of the particle size by screen insets, the simple structure for fast and easy cleaning and maintenance are some of the specific features of this machine. The mill is equipped with various constructional elements, to prevent contamination e.g. the execution of the air-purged shaft sealing, the direct drive and the spatial separation from milling area and drive unit.

Plain and tooth rolls for intermediate size reduction.
Labtech Essa rolls crushers are designed for rapid, controlled size reduction of ore, mineral or rock prior to metallurgical testing or further milling or grinding. They are typically applied in laboratory or pilot plant applications after primary production of the infeed material in a jaw crusher or similar. The nipping action of two off same diameter individually powered contra-rotating rolls produces an ideal crushing environment for a wide variety of materials. Product sizing is controlled by an (adjustable) gap setting between the two rolls. One roll is heavy duty spring mounted as protection against uncrushable material attempting to pass between the rolls. Roll crushers operate with a minimum of dust generation and produce a material with a tight size envelope containing a minimum of fines. |

Rotoplex large scale granulators are characterized by their extraordinary performance capacity, economy, and operating reliability. The Rotoplex features a cross-scissor-cut rotor which offers process technological superiority, saves energy, increases the service life, and improves the material feeding characteristics. Besides the classic field of plastics size reduction, Rotoplex large scale granulators are employed for all types of cuttable material- even those which cause a high degree of wear.

The Silverson Multishear Mill has been specifically developed to meet the requirement for a high speed machine which eliminates, as far as possible, the need for conventional media or colloid milling.
The Multishear Mill differs from Silverson's standard In-Line mixers in that its rotor consists of three or four sets of finely machined teeth running against three or four sets of stators.
This multistage rotor/stator workhead provides intense high shear with a three stage machine performing over 3 million individual shearing actions per second and a four stage machine over 5 million per second.
This high degree of shear eliminates the need for conventional media milling, except on the hardest of solids. However, even if conventional milling is still needed, rapid pre-milling by the Silverson Multishear Mill will enable the product to be passed through the conventional media mill at a much faster rate. This is because most media mills work best when fed with a product of a uniform and low particle size. The total process time therefore will still be only a fraction of what would be needed by conventional methods alone.

RSP 15 Series low speed granulators, characterised by a 150 mm diameter rotor with multiple staggered blades and length ranging from 150 up to 375 mm.
