The OMVE Asepto-Fill FS range enables small scale production to produce packaged samples aseptically, at a fraction of the cost and time compared to industrial aseptic filling systems.
The OMVE Asepto-Fill includes all equipment and a detailed step-by-step methodology to assist the operators in filling sterilised containers. The process is overseen by a SUPPLIER OF PLC (programmable logic controller) and operated by a touch-screen interface. This not only professional guides the operator through the vital cleaning and sterilisation activities, but also ensures that positive responses are obtained at each stage of the process, ensuring the effectiveness of the aseptic filling operation.

| The pneumatic press EP15 was built for semplifying and automating the hot mounting process. The operator has only to select, from the digital display, the appropriate mounting cycle for the resin type which is going to be used. Preset mounting cycle parameters (temperature and timing of heating and cooling), optimised for each type of resin, are stored in the control panel, and can then be selected for starting the embedding cycle. At the end of each cycle, the cooled sample can be pulled out from the heating chamber and passed onto the grinding/polishing process. |
