The main advantage of the rotary pick and placer is that it mechanises the movement of products that are difficult to manoeuvre by hand, at high rates of output.
This machine is composed of:
4 satellite arms with rotative vacuum cups to pick up the products.
Each arm is settled on the rotating shaft. The vacuum cups pick up the products in a storage compartment and place them on the neck of the bottle. Picking and placing are synchronized thanks to a vacuum system.
A 30° inclined magazine of about 500 mm long.
All arms are made of steel and are mounted on waterproof ball-bearings.
It is used in various applications and allows:
the placement of neck labels or cones onto bottles, cans and jam jars, etc. at a rate of between 8000 and 12000 product placements per hour.
the placement of telephone or bank cards, machine is able to dispense cards, leaflets or two-fold cardboard at a rate of 400 placements per minute. It can be mechanically or electrically synchronised with a flow-pack machine, tray packers, boxing machines etc… |

The Deoxygenation system for injection water, can be delivered in two different versions; Minox DeOx System - 2 Stages, or Minox Deox System - Compact Tower.
The MinoxTM DeOx System - 2 stages :
This is the ultimate Deoxygenation system configuration available in the market today. It gives extremely small and light units and requires a minimum of maintenance and utilities.
The MinoxTM Deox System - Compact Tower:
By utilizing the MinoxTM process in conjunction with a tower and packing, the same technical features as the 2-stage system are achieved. It will however require more space and support than the 2-stage system, but still significant less than a conventional system. This means that overall, for most new installations, the 2-stage system will be more cost effective. |

Automatic Line Sewing Machine Mod. SM. 100.CA
The sewing machines of the SM CA Range are a reference point for automatic linear industrial sewing of fabrics using the mobile head technology. Unlike traditional technology, this method limits requirements in terms of working space while increasing production speed.
Thanks to the large number of machines manufactured and the experience acquired over the years, the SM CA 08 has reached a degree of reliability enabling it to meet every production requirement.
Versatility is another strong point of the SM CA 08. In fact, it can be used for joining and hemming fabrics, for spline insertion, for sewing reinforcements and for making side pockets of different sizes.
This machine can also be equipped with automatic side rollers.
It is available in several different versions and with modular working dimensions ranging from 4 to 16 m.

The tray denester automatically places various types of trays on a conveyor.
Trays are taken vertically from the magazine by vacuum cups and placed horizontally on a conveyor. We provide a tool set for each type of tray.
Assembly and overhaul are very simple operations. We offer solutions for lid denesting as well. |

Exhaust waste gas must sometimes be treated before release to the atmosphere.
