Principle of operation
Nitrogen is produced by using membrane technology, starting from a network of compressed air without oil or pre treaty of a mini pressure. of 110 psi.
The fall of pressure is only of 10 psi (0.5 bar), weakest of the market, making easier the connection of the generator to your own network of compressed air.
The diaphragm functions on the principle of the selective permeation, or the oxygen, the steam and the CO2 which are fast gases cross the diaphragm, while nitrogen, gas slow, continuous to circulate in the form of gas flow inside the diaphragm. |
|
A complete range of membrane module sets offers you the possibility to integrate your own nitrogen source. Your requirements can always be met thanks to the different sizes and membrane performance available.
The smallest module only measures around 30 centimetres in length and the largest around 1.5 metres. Due to the different measurements there is surely a module that will fit the equipment you are designing. |

P u r g a s complete purification series
In order to make natural gas suitable for utilisation as fuel in motor vehicles, it is essential to remove suspended solid particles and to ensure that the gas is dry (i.e. that it contains no water)! On the one hand this ensures reliable operation of the vehicles by preventing clogging and corrosion of vital vehicle components such as the fuel system and the fuel tank.
On the other hand, natural gas fuel filling stations are not subject to disturbances, for example at compressor intakes or due to freezing at the fuel pumps, so that availability is ensured around the clock.
Meet the reqirements of ISO 15403:2000(E). http://www.iso.org

Lead free welding
With the introduction of RoHS legislation, manufacturers of electronic appliances have had to adapt their welding systems to use lead-free welding alloys. Because the new alloys require a higher fusion temperature, they are also more liable to oxidation. One way of preventing this is to direct a flow of nitrogen over the welding process. Both wave welding and reflux oven welding are affected by this phenomenon.
Solution
Claind’s basic solution for combating weld oxidation is to install a standard nitrogen generator to deliver gas of adequate purity for the welding process and a nitrogen accumulator of suitable size to cover the requirements of intermittent operations. All Claind nitrogen generators can be used in welding processes according to the plant configuration.
