| Superfluid epoxy resin for injection. Epojet is used for monolithic repair of structures which have cracked due to overloading, impact, earthquakes etc; it is also used for bonding and structural strengthening by low pressure injection and for sealing cracks in cement screeds. Epojet is a solvent-free epoxy adhesive, consisting of two pre-measured components to be mixed together with an electric stirrer prior to use. After mixing, Epojet becomes a low viscosity liquid ideal for injection. Epojet polymerizes without shrinkage and is watertight after hardening. For monolithic repair of degraded structures, inject Epojet into the cracks with a pump. Horizontal cracks in screeds can be sealed simply by pouring Epojet directly into them. |

Master Bond cyanoacrylates are available ethyl, methyl and high temperature resistant speciality grades. The different grades vary in viscosity, cure speed, strength, temperature resistance etc. Cyanoacrylates are “instant curing” solvent free adhesives which cure upon exposure to moisture at room temperature.
They will bond to almost any combination of dissimilar and similar materials including metals, rubbers, most plastics, glass and ceramics. Cyanoacrylates perform best when applied as a thin film between two surfaces and bond best on slightly alkaline surfaces. Primers are available to further enhance cure speed and adhesion to certain hard to bond plastics. Rapid cure, minimal surface preparation and easy application make them particularly suitable for high speed production applications. One pound of adhesive properly applied can provide for as many as 30,000 bonds.
Master Bond invites you to take advantage of our “one on one" support policy offering prompt technical assistance from our experienced, professional staff. We will assess your problem and work with you throughout the design, prototype and manufacturing process. Master Bond products are manufactured under strict quality control standards at its plant in Hackensack, New Jersey, U.S.A. |

Quality & Reliability:
TECBOND adhesives are manufactured to exact tolerances, which vary according to the formulation. The size of
the cartridge is critical to the safe & reliable operation of the TEC glue guns. Using nonstandard adhesives will create problems in these areas
To make it easy to identify and trace our high performance TECBOND
adhesive, the sticks and slugs are printed with the formulation reference and manufacturing batch number. |

The UV Light Cure ® resins are one component products that cure in a few seconds under ultraviolet rays. They are intended, for the most part, for the assembly of translucent materials like glass and transparent plastics (PMMA, PC...). On top of their curing speed, the Light Cure® resins are ideal for high production speeds. For the most pari they will give a perfectly transparent jointing, of optical quality, with extreme resistance and excellent protection against Chemicals.
The polymerization takes place in a few minutes to a fraction of a second. AEC adapts the priming of the resins, and thus the timing of the operation and the application to the base. The glues go from liquid to extremely sticky thixotropic. |

UV curable Adhesives, UV curable conformal coatings and UV curable encapsulants for electronic materials assembly cure upon exposure to ultraviolet light in seconds. DYMAX solvent-free UV curable adhesives, conformal coatings and encapsulants are ideal for circuit board assembly, flex circuit encapsulation, peelable and water soluble masking, tamper-proofing, potting and strain relief. IPC MIL Spec and UL approved and multiple viscosity grades of these adhesives, conformal coatings, masks and encapsulants are available.
DYMAX UV curable conformal coatings can be applied over the entire PCB surface or discreet areas to provide complete protection from harsh environments or solvents. UV curable Encapsulants protect components on rigid or flexible boards to -40°C. UV curable peelable and water soluble masks are easy to apply and remove, and are designed for manual or fully automated masking of printed circuit boards prior to wave solder or reflow operations. One-part and two-part potting compounds can achieve full cure in seconds and dramatically reduce cycle times and costs. DYMAX UV curable thermally conductive adhesives transfer more heat and bond faster than competitive products. |

Master Bond manufactures a number of formulations specifically for marine applications. These formulations cure in low temperatures even under damp, wet or underwater conditions to produce hard, tough and highly corrosion resistant bonds, seals, patches, linings and coatings. Master Bond polymer systems offer unique protection against the effects of moisture by displacing water from the surfaces being bonded or coated until complete attachment of the compound's molecules to the surface is achieved. Any water present is removed until the bonds formed are complete and water proof.
A number of polymer systems have proven highly effective in the boat industry for repair of cracks and holes in hulls, installation and repair of hulls fittings, stopping seepage in the bridge, coatings for permanent protection against water damage. Other marine applications include linings and coatings for tank coatings of ships for crude oil and ballast sea water, condensers, oil coolers, piers, bulkheads and offshore drilling towers. The cured materials exhibit excellent chemical resistance to water, organic and inorganic acids, bases such as sodium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide, petroleum hydrocarbons including fuels and hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol, ethanol, butanol and many other chemicals. |
