The anaerobio resins are one component resins, without solvents, which cure in the absence of oxygen and in the presence of metal, metal being the catalyst. Upon application, the adhesives fili ali the space and surface blemishes, They harden between two metallic surfaces to create a solid joint that resists fully to shocks, vibrations, high pressure, gases and chemicals of ali sorts.
These products are used for clamping screws, cylindrical fixation (bearing joints shafts,...), as well as fiat and threaded waterproof joints

Anaerobic Threadlockers
Permabond threadlocking anaerobic adhesives enable you to lock screws, nuts, bolts and studs to protect against loosening caused by vibration.
Benefits:
Prevents nuts rusting on to bolts
More cost-effective than using mechanical fastenings
Lubricates for easier assembly
Anaerobic Retaining Adhesives
Retaining adhesives are for the permanent bonding of co-axial joints. Benefits of using retaining adhesive include rapid, quick and easy assembly of parts.
Tolerances can be relaxed, reducing machining times and eliminating the need for interference fits.
Adhesive strength is usually higher than alternative methods of fixture.
Adhesives have a better fatigue life as they prevent metal fretting (which can be an issue with interference fits).
Anaerobic Gasketmakers
Permabond gasketing anaerobic adhesives are designed to replace traditional cork, wood, rubber, paper and silicone gaskets.
Benefits:
No relaxation or shrinkage so no need to re-tighten over time
One adhesive will replace many pre-cut gasket shapes
No need to handle fragile gasket
Less machining - surfaces need not be so smooth
Non-shimming - (100% metal to metal contact - so better stress
distribution).

The products in the ThreeBond 1300 Series are anaerobic, extra-strength sealants developed by application of our proprietary technologies. Unlike ordinary sealants and adhesives, these do not cure when exposed to air. Rather, when they penetrate into narrow gaps in metal structures they cure in the absence of air, at room temperature, without contracting. They offer excellent resistance to vibration, heat, and chemical action. They bond the joints or threads of mechanical parts and devices chemically, preventing them from loosening and leaking. Each of them is one-part and nonsolvent, and therefore has good workability and is easy to use.

Plexus Adhesives are fully regrind compatible. Most thermoplastic parts bonded with these adhesives can be recycled without the labor-intensive step of cutting out the adhesive joints beforehand. In addition, the compatibility of Plexus Adhesives with many types of thermoplastic regrind reduces concern when separating plastic types. Plexus Adhesives are so similar in chemistry to certain regrind thermoplastics that they have only minimal influence on injection molding parameters and plastics properties. In fact, thousands of automobile bumpers bonded with Plexus Adhesives have already been recycled.

DYMAX encapsulants cure in seconds upon exposure to UV and/or visible light to produce tough, flexible encapsulants for bare die, wire bonds, or integrated circuits (IC). The fast cure helps reduce processing and energy costs associated with alternative technologies. The materials are all one part, so no mixing is required and viscosity is consistent. DYMAX encapsulating materials have high ionic purity, resistance to humidity and thermal shock which effectively protect components. These encapsulants contain no sharp, abrasive mineral or glass fillers which may abrade fine wires. Their combination of low Tg and low modulus translates into low stress for bonded wires.
Ultraviolet light curing resins are ideal for glob top and chip-on-board applications. They may also be used on flex circuits (FPC) for encapsulating ICs, coating the circuit or attaching it to glass or PCB. A wide range of viscosities, from thin wicking to non-flowing gel is available.

Master Bond manufactures an extensive line of chip encapsulation compounds and other specialty electronic encapsulation systems designed to meet the diverse needs of the microelectronics industry. These electronic grade adhesive products are currently employed in applications ranging from glob tops to surface mounting to BGA underfills, potting and heat sinking. Many of our compounds have unique properties such as low thermal expansion coefficients, exceptionally high thermal conductivity, low stress, etc.
Die attach adhesives for chip-on-board assemblies offer outstanding bonding strength for adhering components directly onto printed circuitry. Their dimensional stability is remarkable, even upon prolonged exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Master Bond has one component epoxy underfill compositions which feature rapid cures of 10-15 minutes at moderately elevated temperatures and offer excellent underfill-to-die passivation.
Epoxy underfills contains low viscosity, highly flowable compounds that produce uniform void-free epoxy layers for enhancing the protection of the active die surfaces and improve stress distribution away from solder interconnects. Master Bond, has formulated no flow fluxing underfill whose use greatly simplifies conventional flip chip assemblies, some of which can be fully cured during standard reflux cycles in-line processing.
Master Bond provides prompt personalized "one-on-one" technical assistance and will be glad to answer any questions you may have. We have over three decades of experience in solving technical problems.

The challenges in the production of lightweight composites increase with the multitude of materials. In these applications, the adhesive plays a decisive role. Beside bonding durably and reliably, it has to perform additional functions: flame retardation, blocking or controlled permeation of vapor, damping of vibrations, accommodating elongation differences, and much more.
New: for the manufacture of sandwich elements of aluminum or composites such asa FRP and an aluminum honeycomb core, we recommend viscoelastic Collano® adhesive films. Their adhesive strength exceeds the performance range of reactive systems, and they provide the composite with high resistance against fatigue and shock.
The new Collano® A8 is ideal for the manufacture of sandwich elements with fire-stopping properties and extreme mechanical alternating loads and vibration stresses. It is not only flame-retardant but at the same time very tough and elastic.

Chemically Fuse Engineered Plastics and Composites with Little or No
Surface Preparation
Unlike other adhesives and putties, Plexus "Fiberglass Fusion" Adhesives chemically fuse FRP, composites, and almost all polyester resins and gelcoats. Because they require virtually no surface preparation, Plexus Adhesives reduce assembly times by up to 60%. They produce bonds so strong that the substrates will delaminate before the bonds fail. Tough and durable, these super adhesives offer exceptional flexibility, impact strength, and resistance to fuels, chemicals, and water.
