Advantages of the in-line concept :
in-line-production from die- to wire-bonding
curing-time < 20 seconds
no warpage of substrates
no batch process necessary
no heat resistant magazines necessary
short quality control cycle
substrate temperature < 90° C possible

In-line, vertical automation of the epoxy cure process produces immediate, significant benefits in three areas. In-line automation increases productivity by eliminating the labor needed to load and unload batch ovens. It improves process consistency, and therefore quality, by reducing the time and temperature variations caused by the frequent opening of batch oven doors. And, as floor allocation costs rise on all factory floors....and particularly in clean rooms...a vertical format oven requires as little as six feet of floorspace for cure cycles as long as four hours.
To increase line productivity and improve process consistency...automate your epoxy cure process.
To save valuable floor space and reduce allocation costs...expand into the unused airspace above your factory floor.
To achieve both objectives...select from the Heller family of in-line, continuous cure ovens with cycle times of up to four hours in footprints as small as 72 inches (183 cm).

The 2800 Series positive displacement dispensers are ideal for applying uniform amounts of two-part epoxies and other fluids that change viscosity over time.
Compressed air is not required%u2014instead, these electrically operated units use stepper motors and patented technology to advance and retract a piston inside the syringe barrel. They will produce accurate, repeatable deposits, regardless of changes in fluid viscosity or temperature.

Bodies syringes with cylindrical walls for a precise and stable dosatura of the fluid. All the syringes are free from silicone in the respect of the norms of the field. Available in three various colors: Natural for the most varied applications, Amber for the protection from the ultraviolet rays and visible light (till 520nm), but continuing to having the possibility to inside see the material of the syringe, Black for the block total of the visible light. The colored syringes, bound together to the series of needles anti UV, represent an effective protective barrier for all the sensitive fluid to the light.
