BIOSANE T 3000 is a degreasing fluid compatible with all types of materials. Elimination of oils and greases with mineral or synthetic bases.
Cleaning of machining fluids by removal of chips or deformation.
The BIOSANE T 3000 does not release any VOC and is not classified in the VOC
category. Its use is thus not forced by lawful limits of vapor emissions (channeled or diffuse). It thus offers an excellent alternative to many volatile degreasers particularly in the case of installation of a Diagram Emission Control.
BIOSANE T 3000 is economical: it removes diffuse emissions and useless overconsumption due to evaporation losses. BIOSANE T 3000 is a very safe
degreasing fluid. Its very high flash point guarantees that no flammable vapor is
released at ambient temperature. It thus eliminates the risk from formation of explosive atmospheres. Usable by all traditional cold processes (steeping, steeping under ultrasounds, rag, sprinkling with low pressure), it also allows hot degreasing until 70°C without flammable vapor emissions. Its flash point being definitely higher than 55°C, the BIOSANE T 3000 is also adapted to closed cleaning machines of A3 class.

This anti-spatter agent is usable on all surfaces, and is suitable for all methods of braze welding, welding, arc welding, even in automatic, refractory electrode (TIG), or consumable electrode (MIG and MAG), under CO2, Argon, Atal or mixtures.
It does not generate cracking.
