All ACMOS Release Agents are building a film on the mould surface. These films are water-soluble.
We recommend to prime the moulds with ACMOSAN P 82-4 before starting work with the film forming Release Agents. ACMOSAN P 82-4 should be served up equable and accurate with a tag onto the moulds. Afterwards it can be polished. ACMOSAN P 82-4 gains the wetting power of the mould surfaces. If there are remainders of silicones, fats or oils which could irritate the equal wetting power of the film forming Release Agents, they will be neutralized by ACMOSAN P 82-4.

The Eastman MPC-5000™ Multi-Ply Cutting System is an automated reciprocating straight knife cutter, with conveyor, capable of cutting up to 2 in. (5 cm) of compressed material. PA80 AD is an adhesive version with only 8gr/m² of glue. Spay is not recommended for the vacuum infusion, because you can't apply it uniformly. More a large part of the solvent goes in the workshop atmosphere : the vacuum philosophy is to avoid COV emission.

The RTM process is a low-pressure injection process for the processing of fluid plastics (UP,EP,VE etc.) in connection with inserts of reinforcement fibres. The typical injection pressure is between 3 and 10 bar. The simplest configuration for an RTM production consists of a closed tool and an injection plant. Due to their reliability and robustness, piston pumps are used by us for the delivery and the dosing of resin and catalyst. The mixing of the two components is effected by a static flow mixer.

As all WOLFANGEL products, the fibre spraying plants distinguish themselves by their simple handling and high reliability. After the working process, the flushing of the plant is easily and unproblematically done by flushing valves. 3 rovings can be cut at the same time with the cutter. Resin and catalyst are delivered by means of piston pumps, which are connected to each other via a dosing lever so that the dosing of resin and catalyst is always exact, independent of the delivery speed of the pump. Without additional valves at the cutter, resin and glass can be directed at the outlet lever of the gun. The standard type plants are equipped with a solid cart with a 2-piece boom. The cart is big enough for a 200 ltr. barrel and a 30 ltr. resin can. As optional, this unit can be equipped with a resin control, a revisable catalyst intake system etc.
Due to our low pressure system, the quantity of resin and glass is continuously adjustable so that the production of big and small component parts is easily possible with the same machine and this without having to change the pump pressure or the spraying valve.
