The solution GraphCut® Mono Conveyer is a very robust machine adapted to a need for high productivity for the flexible material cutting mono-fold. Its structure extrêment rigid was conceived for an intensive use 24:00 /24 and 7 days a week while preserving a speed of cutting optimum and a high degree of accuracy. The matter to be cut out is automatically fed by the conveyer and the unloading of the cut out parts is done in end of table on a zone of unloading defined by the operator according to the type of cutting carried out. The beam and the head of cutting move on the axes using a system of pinion toothed rack offering an unequalled speed and a precision. This machine is able to cut out, mark and punch at speeds going up to 1.5 m/sec with a precision about + 0.25 Misters.
A system of turbine, making it possible to create a depression on the table, ensures the immobilization of material during the cut to obtain the quality of necessary cut.
The range of tools proposed on this machine includes a tangential blade not motorized, a motorized rotary blade, an oscillating tangential blade, a system of marking pen and a system of marking jet of ink. This wide range makes it possible to cut out materials until thicknesses of 15 Misters.

The single-ply material feeding device is used in conjunction with conveyorized cutters. It ensures tension-free spreads and aligns material edges accurately using an infrared edge control device.

Materials remain separate until injected into static mixer.
The patented Graco PD44 Valve features balanced inlet/outlet spool assemblies that do not displace
material while shifting from the reload to the dispense position. This allows pressure feeding of the
"A" and "B" components up to 1200 psi during reloading while isolating the materials from the mixer
inlet. Upon shifting to the dispense position, an accurate volume of "A" and "B" components
is injected into the disposable mixer inlet by rod displacement metering technology

Composite manufacturing processes such as resin infusion and vacuum bagging. The Vacmobile 20/2 is also an ideal vacuum source for most vacuum clamping and lifting duties.
The Infusion 20/2 system is complete with an integral resin trap and provides excellent performance from a compact package. All vacuum joints are very heavy duty to ensure vacuum integrity over a long working life. The machine's normal working height can be reduced to 602 mm (23.7") for transport in most station wagons, making it ideal for transport between different work locations or for off-site repair work.
