Rotary cone sample dividers form a symbiosis with high-precision analytical measurement instruments. They are used in every laboratory involved in research, development and process monitoring in order to produce small yet nevertheless representative sample quantities for accurate analysis results.
With the models of the rotary cone sample divider LABORETTE 27, even liquid media or suspensions can be divided without modification of the instrument. In the division of suspensions with coarse-grained portions in particular, division with the rotary cone sample divider avoids the disruptive influence of demixing due to sedimentation of larger or heavier particles.
The FRITSCH Rotary Cone Sample Divider creates the optimal basis for reliable analysis of a representative sample. Its unique combination of three dividing methods achieves previously unheard of dividing precision. Variable division ratios and the design in several variants guarantee adaptation to a wide range of applications with a dividing accuracy of up to 99.9%.

The sample divider PT 100 is a rotating divider. It divides the sample so exactly that the composition of each fraction of the sample corresponds exactly to that of the original bulk sample. This procedure guarantees a very high degree of dividing accuracy and reproducibility with both fine and coarse materials. The material feed and dividing processes take place automatically, without interruption and without loss of material.

The Keofitt® Aseptic system enables user to take a truly representative aseptic sample. The system protects the sample against airborne contamination, while taking the sample and during transportation. Sterilization takes place by steam with bottle head in place.
The system is compatible with all small and medium sized sampling valves.
Other Keofitt® sampling bottle heads offer protection from contamination while sampling and some protection during transport. Sterilization takes place in autoclave. The bottle heads can be connected to all small and medium sized sampling valves.

Optimum syringe barrels and cartridges have Zero Draft™ walls with consistent internal diameters that mate perfectly with pistons to ensure accurate, consistent fluid deposits.
Double-wiper SmoothFlow™ pistons improve fluid control and keep fluids from dripping or oozing between shots. Unique channels dissipate trapped air as the syringe is filled, and dual wiping edges eliminate waste and residue as fluid is dispensed.
Optimum syringe barrels and pistons are free from the imperfections and contaminants typically found in lesser quality components.
Optimum components are available from stock in a wide variety of styles and sizes to accommodate virtually any fluid or dispensing application.
Package labeling includes lot numbers for traceability and process control.
