Applications: wind turbine or other projects
For years, we have been offering the magnets for wind turbines worldwide. we have a team of technicians with rich experience in the R&D of magnets for wind turbines.
Because of the maximum working temperature, magnets using in Wind turbines are series SH, such as grade 42SH, 45SH and so on
The magnets for wind turbines, usually we offer L-T series for wind generators, Compared to the Conventional Formula and the T-series, the correlative temperature coefficient and weight loss are better. it will well prolong the life twice than usual.
For the details about the L-T series or the magnets, please do not hesitate to contact us or view our PDF Catalogues " special magnets for wind turbine" , we are at your services any time.

Neodymium Iron Boron (general composition Nd2Fe14B, often abbreviated to NdFeB) is the most recent commercial addition to the family of modern magnet. NdFeB magnet is the strongest permanent magnet nowadays, and it has the merits of high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product and high price/performance ratio. Meanwhile, it could be easily processed into various shapes and specifications. Now, it is widely applied in the fields of aviation, automobile, electronics, communications equipment, meters and so on.

|
Alloys of the Lanthanoid group of elements (the so-called 'rare earth' elements) are the most advanced commercialized permanent magnet materials. Collectively known as Rare Earths are the Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) types and Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) types. Within each of these types are a number of different grades which span a wide range of properties and application requirements.
Both NdFeB and SmCo are available in sintered as well as bonded forms. The bonded form of the material can be produced with close tolerances requiring little or no finishing. The sintered form usually requires some finishing operations in order to adhere to close mechanical tolerances. |
|
We are the original factory to manufacture permanent magnet. Such as NdFeB magnets.
Material Grade of NdFeB magnet:
Magnet N-( N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50),
Magnet M-(35M, 38M, 40M, 42M, 45M, 48M),
Magnet H-(35H, 38H, 40H, 42H, 45H),
Magnet SH-(30SH, 33SH, 35SH, 38SH, 40SH, 42SH),
Magnet UH-( 28UH, 30UH, 33UH, 35UH, 38UH),
Magnet EH-(28EH, 30EH, 30EH, 33EH, 35EH)
1) Application of NdFeB magnet: Toys, package, Printer, Switchboard, Phone, voice coil motors (VCM's) in hard disk drives, high performance motors, brushless DC motors, magnetic separation, magnetic resonance imaging, sensors, loudspeakers etc.
2) The coating of NdFeB magnets can be Zn, Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, Epoxy, CR3+ZN, NI+AG, NI+AU.
3) Our factory can also manufacture various sizes of NdFeB magnet, according to the customer's specification.

| The most strength magnet materials available nowadays. Because of their powerful and good demangetization resistance, smaller magents can be used to get the same energy, therefore it contributes to the development of many small and flat moters used in the high-tech industry. However, neodymium magnets have to be plated to against rusted and should not be used at extremely high temperature. |

PERMANENT LIFTING MAGNETS
Dust- and waterproof permanent lifting magnets can work outside in any weather.
Permanent lifting magnets don't need power supplies, magnetization and demagnetization occur due to turn of the handle.
Lifting magnets have small overall demensions and weight in comparison with electromagnets.
Magnets can keep cargo indefinitely long. They are served by one person and have a threefold capacity margin from nominal. |
|
Material Information
- Composition of hard ferrite or rare earth magnet powders are embedded in thermoplastic and formed on injection moulding machine.
- It is possible to incorporate shafts or other insert to the magnet during manufacturing process
- Varieties of shapes can be manufactured. Such as gears, thin rings and many other complicated forms
- Good resistance to corrosion and chips
- All or only part of the magnet can be magnetized |
|
Material Information
* An alloy compose of SmCo/Sm2Co17 produce by powder metallurgical method
* Extremely hard & brittle
* High demagnetization resistance
* Excellent anti-corrosion properties
* Limited raw material supply result high in cost
* Outstanding thermal stability |
|
Samarium Cobalt is manufactured in two compositions: Sm1Co5 and Sm2Co17, often referred to as the SmCo1:5 or SmCo 2:17 types. 2:17 types, with higher Hci values, offer greater inherent stability than the 1:5 types. SmCo magnets withstand higher temperatures than do NdFeB magnets. It can operate at temperatures up to 350 degrees Centigrade. Sm2Co17 materials exhibit superior temperature characteristics as compared to the Sm1Co5 types. SmCo materials are very brittle, and great care must be taken in machining them. And the corrosion resistance of SmCo is considered “good”, so they are widely used in motors, meter, engine, sensor, radar and other high-tech fields.

SmCo magnets is composed of Samarium, Cobalt and other rare-earth material. It can operate at temperatures up to 350 degrees centigrade. It no need to be coated becasue it is difficult to be eroded and oxidized. This material is extremely brittle,hard to machine, and should be handed with care to avoid chipping and cracking.
Smco magnets is widely applicationed in Stepper, DC,servo, linear motors, magnetic bearings, magnetic couplings, loudspeaker, headphones, microphones and so on. |
