| Brouwer Metaal is specialised in the professional production of special aluminium bronzes. These aluminium bronzes are equivalent to Ampco alloys and are used in forming, bending or deep drawing operations. They are used for forming rolls, bending and wiping blocks. We produce this alloy in all kinds of forms like rods, professional bars, plates and professional wheels. Also we can machine finsihed parts according the drawings of our customers. |

Buderus cold rolled strip is produced exclusively from Buderus hot rolled strip. This gives Buderus cold rolled strip all the quality and logistical advantages associated with Buderus hot rolled strip:
- Close ranges of chemical composition
- Low segregation
- A high level of homogeneity within a heat
- Low gas content
- Low micro-inclusion content
- Ideal precision blanking properties thanks to its favourable annealed structure
- Low conversion costs through high tool life
- Close tolerances
- Short, reliable delivery times based on in-house melting facility
The Buderus speciality ISO-B grade is available as cold rolled strip as a matter of course. |
|
In addition to a complete line of magnetrons and custom development services, Angstrom Sciences also offers a comprehensive selection of high-purity vacuum deposition materials.
These are available in either prefabricated sputtering targets or bulk-form evaporation materials - and we manufacture wire, rods, electron-beam evaporation cones, and hearth liners, as well.
Using a variety of specialized processes (including hot pressing, vacuum sintering, hot/cold isostatic pressing, and vacuum melting), we can provide the kind of homogenous, fine-grained, high-density materials that conform to the strictest quality control.
The result is technically superior materials for all your thin film applications

Since 1920, Buderus has been successfully serving global markets for special steel products. The quality features of Buderus hot- and cold-rolled strip are founded on application-specific metallurgy and product technology systematically applied to satisfy customer requirements
and market trends. Extensive new investment and process developments have enabled Buderus Edelstahl Band Gmbh to transfer
to its stainless special steel products the established quality of Buderus hot- and cold-rolled strip, with its excellent precision blanking
structure and low segregation ingot casting. |

The quality features of Buderus hot strip are founded on application-specific metallurgy and product technology systematically applied to satisfy customer requirements and market trends. The key factor here is judicious coordination of quality planning, smelting and rolling technology, and annealing processes in house.
We use ingots from our own steel mill. The symmetrical profile and uniform thickness tolerances throughout Buderus hot strip make it the ideal input stock for producing cold strip with precision tolerances.
Our steels satisfy the stringent requirements for punching and fine blanking, often in combination with critical forming processes.
Buderus special steels are characterized by:
- Close analytical limits
- Low level of segregation
- High level of homogeneity within a heat
- Low gas content
- Excellent annealing structure with maximum spheroidization
- Very good percentage purity |

| All metal knitted mesh gaskets in various profiles - solid round, square, flat bandage etc. Materials available Monel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Tin plated copper clad steel. |
|
| Alco-Knit is a resilient compressible conductive EMI knitted wire mesh gasket. Standard wire alloys are knitted into rectangular, round, dual rounds and P shape supplied in a variety of cross sections with or without fin. Alco-Knit is used to shield joint unevenness on enclosure applications requiring metal to metal contact. Alco-Knit is attached to mounting surfaces with adhesives, riveting or spot welded. Alco-Knit is supplied in cut to length strips terminated to prevent fraying ends, formed mesh gaskets fabricated to customer drawings or spooled. |
|
Knitted Mesh Soft gaskets are designed specifically for
industrial shielding applications where a low compression resistance
gasket is required. One layer of fine Monel wire mesh knitted
over a low density urethane foam gives an excellent
combination of Rfi shielding performance and mechanical
characteristics. Pressure sensitive professional adhesive is available upon
