Glass mat / glass fiber-based products:
Delmat® Polyester and Durapol® F, X, M product ranges are thermoset sheets based mainly on unsaturated polyester resin (UP). Generally requested for their utmost electrical insulation properties but also for their mechanical properties. Flame-retardant and halogen-free grades available.
Delmat® Epoxy / Delglas® product range combines good insulating properties with high mechanical strength characteristics. Based on an epoxy resin system; some flame-retardant and halogen-free grades also available.
CDM - Durapol® product range adapted for the specific needs of the electronics industry: mechanical strength, temperature, chemical resistance, static dissipation, and optical sensitivity.
Deltherm®, Glastherm® and other specific products requested for their specific thermal insulation properties.

ZOTEK F is a new range of lightweight, closed cell, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) foams based on Kynar® fluoropolymer, a remarkable material that offers a unique balance of properties.
In ZOTEK F, these properties are combined with light weight, flexural response, buoyancy and thermal and acoustic insulation properties derived from the foaming process. Like their parent resins, ZOTEK F foams will exhibit outstanding durability and longevity. |

| TEPEX® xx2: polyamide 6 with a very good price/performance ratio and is available in transparent and black. The forming temperature is approx. 240°C-260°C. Applications are mainly found in the sport industry, automotive industry and miscellaneous industrial products. Continuous operating temperature is 120°C. Polyamide 6 has good chemical resistance against oils and light acids. The material is often applied in the automotive industry. |

| TEPEX® x04: polypropylene offering very good price/performance ratio. Available in transparent and black; forming temperature approx. 180°C-200°C; applications in the sport and automotive industries, as well as for other industrial products. Continuous operating temperature 90°C. Thanks to the crystallinity of polypropylene, this material exhibits good chemical resistance. |

Standard profiles represent an important part of the Top Glass product line.
These profiles are available in standard dimensions and colors, and most are in stock, ready for immediate delivery. They are used for a broad variety of applications as semi-finished components in construction, electrical apparatuses, industry and urban fixtures.
A great many of these profiles find application in the production of technical equipment and sports and leisure articles. |

LIGHT WEIGHT
Nature provides the geometry, we provide the honeycomb composite material. Nida-Core is extruded from tough, versatile polypropylene plastic. (Other materials are available). Thermo fused to the honeycomb cells are non-woven polyester bonding scrims with a polypropylene barrier film to limit resin consumption. When encapsulated in a laminate it is recognized by the US Coast Guard as a primary flotation material in small boats.
ROT PROOF
PVC and SAN Foams are attacked by styrene and absorb water when exposed, plywood and balsa rot or lose strength when wet. Nida-Core does NOT rot and is unaffected by most solvents and chemical agents. Additionally, when encapsulated in a laminate using a non-aqueous resin the scrim forms a seal limiting water migration through the structure, even if skin is punctured.
EXCELLENT BOND
The cell walls are fused into the non-woven polyester scrim. That coupled with the scrim's affinity for virtually any resin or adhesive system provides exceptional bond and peel strength.
IMPACT RESISTANCE
There are many cores that can make a light, stiff structure. Nida-Core, however, combines the light weight and stiffness of honeycomb with tough polypropylene plus superior bonding properties due to the thermo fused scrim. The combination allows Nida-Core to absorb and dissipate impacts and shocks repeatedly that would cause ultimate catastrophic failure in other core materials.

Finishes used for Honeycomb Panels are typically ALUMINIUM SHEET, PRE-FINISHED STEEL SHEET, ALUZINC SHEET, PLYWOOD, OSB, GLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC, PVC and STAINLESS STEEL. These facing materials can be used in combinations with different inner and outer to suit application and in a variety of differing gauges and thickness. Honeycomb Panels widths can be manufactured to suit client specification up to 1200 mm with lengths variable to suit materials and or project requirements.
If required we will bond client supplied materials to core thus ensuring identical match to existing or differing type of structures adjacent to area of panel usage.
The combination of cores and faces specified affects the honeycomb panels weights, strength and stiffness greatly and should be selected to ensure the final properties meet the application requirements in terms of panel performance and cost price.

Hypalon is very resistant to attack by oxygen and ozone, and properly compounded products show excellent weathering resistance. High tensile strength is characteristic of hypalon vulcanizaes, which do not need the use of highly reinforcing fillers for good tensile properties.
Compounds can be formulated for excellent abrasion resistant and for brittle temperatures as low as -60°c (-76°F). Hypalon vulcanizaes show execellent resistant with an "EE" rating by ASTM D2000 being obtainable. They Can also be compounded for good flame resistance.

| Nitrile rubber or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It has good general resistance to oil along with good mechanical properties especially tensile strength, flexing, compression set and impermeability to gases. It has moderate aging properties and good adhesion to metal. Its recommended operating temperature range is -30° C to + 120° C. It also displays a good resistance to inorganic chemical products except antioxidant agents and chlorine. It gives satisfactory resistance to general hydrocarbons. Due to its polar nature, we do not recommend its use with polar liquids like ketones, ethers and amines. |

CHARACTERISTICS:
QUINN SAN sheets are characterised by good optical properties
and a brilliant surface.
The QUINN SAN range contains sheets that are easy to handle,
to vacuum form and that show a very good dimensional stability.
Typical for QUINN SAN sheets is their very good chemical
resistance: they are resistant to most fats, dilute acid solutions,
oils and common bleaching agents, as well as some solvents and
weak alkaline solutions.
The sheets can be used in- and outdoor (in UVP-version) and
are resistant to temperature fluctuations.
QUINN SAN products can be used in contact with foodstuffs. |

CHARACTERISTICS
QUINN PS sheets have good optical properties and a brilliant
surface. The QUINN PS range contains sheets that are easy to
fabricate, to vacuum form, and show a high light transmission
(min 88% wavelength: 500 nm, thickness 3 mm).
Important benefits of QUINN PS sheets are their low price, low
density (1.05), good chemical resistance and high rigidity. As a
standard QUINN PS sheets are UV-stabilised and remain colour
constant for many years when used indoors.
On special request QUINN PS sheets can be produced without
UV-stabilisation. They then meet all current food contact
legislation and can be used in contact with foodstuffs. |

PC2 polycarbonate honeycomb exhibits a unique cell structure. The core has 3 orientations vs. the 2 orientations common with other honeycomb, making its properties more uniform. Each cell has a tubular form and is inherently stable.
