The thermal resistance of component characterizes the temperature’s increase caused by the electronic power. To decrease this resistance, GETELEC has developed a new range of thermoconductor gel which enable to avoid deterioration of your equipments. GTG offers good thermal conductivity (1 to 7 W/m.k) and a high softness (10 to 65 Shore 00). This material conforms to surface irregularities under low application pressures to fill air gaps between components and the heat source.
Comply with actual specifications and european directive ROHS, this material is available from 0,5mm to 5mm with one or two adhesive sides.

Extruding profiles of h.hiendl GmbH & Co.KG
The h. hiendl GmbH & CO. Kg developed, produces and sells products of thermoplastic plastics and elastomers. These profiles as in the illustration are custom-made. Here the extruding and the injection moulding procedure are used. Preferential materials are classical polyolefins, PP, polystyrene derivatives, PVC and thermoplastic elastomers as well as natural fiber composite materials from the Hiendl NFC® material system.

Fluoro Elastomer rubber or Viton is based on hexafluoropropylene vinylidene fluoride. The polymer has high resistance to heat with a temperature range of -40° C to + 250° C. It has also possesses a good flame resistance and are usually self extinguishing. FKM’s have excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone and natural weathering and also have outstanding resistance to compression, especially at elevated temperatures. Its resistance to most solvents and chemicals give long service life as it has excellent resistance against huydrocarbons, aliphatics, aromatic and chlorinated chemicals and resistance to acids and alkalis including oxidants. However, they have poor performance against ethers, ketones and bases.
