Paramax® helical and bevel gears of the standard Paramax range and the various special Paramax versions are the outcome of six decades of experience in drive engineering. By virtue of the modular design, they permit use under difficult and severe conditions even in the most diverse applications. The Paramax® product range consists of the standardized 9000 series as well as the special SFC designs for cooling tower drives and compressors and SEC for extruder drives.
With 26 sizes in the Paramax® 9000 series, an application can be precisely designed according to the performance, torque and velocities, thus ensuring a long service life and cost effective, powerful operation. |

Lifting gears and conveyor drives in which the drum and driving motor are arranged in parallel require a step-down gear unit with a corresponding large axle base. The lifting gear units in the POSIRED N series are designed for this application and ideally bridge the given distance between the motor and drum. The development of this series is based on widespread experience in crane engineering, belt conveyor drives, winches, and hoisting devices. The accessories needed for this application such as elastic clutches, barrel clut-ches, brakes and substructures, can be supplied together with the gear reducers.
Technical Data:
Torque (T2 nominal): 8,000 up to 800,000 Nm
Transmission Ratio: 12.5 up to 500 iN

Parallel axis gearboxes for agricultural applications
Design of parallel axis gearboxes started in Brevini Group at the beginning of the 1960’s. In 1974 HYDR-APP was founded, a Company dedicated to gearbox manufacturing, in which the techniques of Brevini Group was transferred.
Thanks to this experience and deep care of customer needs, HYDR-APP can offer high quality and long lasting gearboxes, with a competitive short delivery time owing to lean manufacturing performance.
They find applications in agricultural fields, mainly woodcutters, shredders, mixing trailers, professional bush-cutter machines and various other agricultural machines that require a hydraulic supply from a power take off.
