Double Acting. The square rod style accomplishes the non-rotating function in an extremely simplified design. The square rod eliminates the need for rod end quide blocks or internal guide pins common to double acting, non-rotating cylinders. Wide range of bore sizes 3/4" to 2 1/2". Unique body allows sensor switches to be mouted on 3 different sides when magnet type is required. Four different sensor switches available including hall effect or reed types, and indicator light (LED). Other options include bumpers, male rod thread or no rod thread, foot mount, and flange mount.

Twin Bore Cylinders
Small cross-section, double-bore cylinder that provides highly accurate linear motion.

The Slide Units Séries QCTF - QCBF are available in four différent sizes and hâve been designed to be used in (applications where space is limited and when the load must be guided. Regarding the bearings, the Slide Units are available in two versions, one with double sintered bronze bushes (Mod. QCTF) and the other with double linear bail bearings (Mod. QCBF). The QCTF version would normally be selected when the side loads applied to the slide unit are high. Model QCBF slide units are suitable for fast cycles (less side load) and higher précision. Regarding the end cushion: The Slide Units Séries QCTF - QCBF are available in three différent variants:
A. fixed mechanical cushion (standard),
B. with two shock absorbers located on the body and
C. with one shock absorber located central on the rear flange.
Accordingly, the variant B and C are suitable for
handling of higher mass forces and / or when it's
necessary to adjust the stroke.
The design of the Slide Unit body allows the moun-
ting of the Slide Unit using either top, bottom or
side faces.
Several T shaped grooves in two faces allow

Guided Block Cylinders provide rigid movement of substantial loads, plus they have the strength to withstand significant side loading. The rectangular design saves space and provides a wide selection of mounting, porting and sensor switch options. Both are available in 8 bore sizes with stokes of up to 8 inches in length. Hard chrome plated piston rods are standard on 12 to 25 mm bore models. Hard chrome plated hard steel piston rods are standard on 32 to 63 mm bore models.

If an ECO-Jack toe jack can not be operated, the load can be lifted with an ECO-Jack AIR lifting bag ranging from 1.000kgs (2,200lbs) to 42.000kgs (92,800lbs). Fitting into the tightest areas with a collapsed height of 30mm (1.1-1.2inches), all models are light weighted and equipped with serrated lifting surfaces, markes centers, reinforced edges and safety instructions.

To be able to achieve a maximum lifting movement with only a minimum insertion space available, lifting bags are the appropriate tools to use. With 12 models, Holmatro has a lifting bag for every job. Thanks to their unique low profile edges the lifting bags can easily be inserted under all circumstances.
The deflated height of our lifting bags is 22 or 25 mm. Using compressed air (maximum 8 bar), the largest model, the HLB 67, reaches a maximum inflation height of 520 mm. Another feature of the lifting bags is their ability to adjust to the lifting surface. The applied pressure is divided over a large surface compared to the use of hydraulic jacks.

Highly flexible and lightweight jacks only require an air supply of 8 bar maximum. Any non-explosive gas or water can also be used for inflation.
Uninflated jacks are only 25,4 mm thick, making seemingly impossible lifting tasks routine.
Space age reinforced, multi-layer aramid construction, widely overlapping on all sides. Tested at 8 bar.
In rugged testing, jacks withstood tens of thousands of inflate/deflate cycles at 12 bar.
Large surface area and material flexibility allow jacks to lift loads on soft or ompressible surfaces without support cribbing being necessary.

The distinguishing feature of Vetter Mini Lifting Bags 8.0 bar/116 psi is the noiseless, jolt-free, and smooth lifting of the heaviest loads. They lift, push, press, prise and split, even on sloping surfaces. The surface profile improves grip on slippery ground such as grass, sand etetc.
They are produced in two versions. Both versions have a multi-layer construction which covers each side of the bag. This is either steelcord or aramide reinforcement.
